A team of six from Dukes Bailiffs Limited was thrilled to welcome Staffordshire Chambers’ training team<br />
into their workplace for a bespoke training course.<br />

Dukes organised for six of his staff<br />
members to undertake a Managing<br />
Staff Effectively course delivered by<br />
Staffordshire Chambers’ Trainer, Steve<br />
Bracey.<br />
Colin said: “We used Staffordshire<br />
Chambers to deliver the training for<br />
key staff who had recently received<br />
promotion. Steve is a confident,<br />
friendly trainer with a great sense of<br />
humour. He encouraged participation<br />
from all delegates and provided lots<br />
of opportunity for group discussions<br />
which made the training come to life.<br />
All in all, it was a great day’s training<br />
and a valuable input to our future<br />
managers.”<br />
