Assessments
A foundational service to help the churches we
work with to understand their own
neighborhoods and needs, resulting in a strategic
ministry plan specific for that church, including
ways Seed to Oaks can facilitate volunteer
development, deployment and meeting of
community needs using our program expertise.

Whole Health
HEALTH SERVICES
Our Health Clinic model empowers churches to
host their own free medical and dental clinics as
a way to collaborate with health professionals to
meet the health needs of their neighbohroods.
Our health strategists help churches identify and
then coach Clinic Coordinators to guide them,
keep them on track, trouble shoot problems, and
spur them on to good work.

Job One
ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY
A job skills and placement program founded on
the conviction that every individual ought to have
the opportunity to have a job. We work with
churches to identify people who need a job and
improve access to employment in underserved
neighborhoods. We work with businesses to
increase employer profitability with Work
Opportunity Tax Credits, reduce cost per hire and
increase employee retention rates.
