Mercy Cohorts core objectives are:

clinics. Our church partners will use our Health
Clinic Manual and Workbook to coordinate their
own clinics as well as participate in a training
module through our ten-step clinic process. Clinic
coordinators will also receive coaching from one of
our strategists.

so that we can train and multiply more servants
and churches to reach neighborhoods.

including community engagement, recreation

hand-on mercy training, character development,
and deacon training.
Job One core objectives are:
1. Complete feasibility study, by end of first quarter,
evaluating the launch of Job One in New Albany,
Indiana.
2. Deliver 75 job placements with a 70% six-month
retention rate by identifying, training and placing
people into employment.
3. Train 110 people in our self-developed basic job
skills boot camp hosted at our local church
partners.
4. Expand into four industries which include
automotive, hospitality, retail and trades.
Oaks Academies core objectives are:
1. To prepare and position Oaks Academies for
multiplication in both the number of academies we
facilitate (6 are budgeted) as well as the number of
grade levels we can teach (currently 5&6 year olds
