10 SEED TO OAKS Business Plan Our Guided Programs 1 2 1 360 Neighborhood Assessments A foundational service to help the churches we work with to understand their own neighborhoods and needs, resulting in a strategic ministry plan specific for that church, including ways Seed to Oaks can facilitate volunteer development, deployment and meeting of community needs using our program expertise. 2 Whole Health HEALTH SERVICES Our Health Clinic model empowers churches to host their own free medical and dental clinics as a way to collaborate with health professionals to meet the health needs of their neighbohroods. Our health strategists help churches identify and then coach Clinic Coordinators to guide them, keep them on track, trouble shoot problems, and spur them on to good work. 3 Job One ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY A job skills and placement program founded on the conviction that every individual ought to have the opportunity to have a job. We work with churches to identify people who need a job and improve access to employment in underserved neighborhoods. We work with businesses to increase employer profitability with Work Opportunity Tax Credits, reduce cost per hire and increase employee retention rates.
SEED TO OAKS Business Plan 11 3 4 5 4 5 Oaks Academies EDUCATION Mercy Cohorts LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT A two-week academic academy, run by certified educatiors, that is focused on providing academic instruction, spiritual enrichment and character development to equip children to improve reading skill levels through the summer months with a goal of being better prepared by the start of the school year. 100% who attended every day, in our two pilot academies, became school ready. Our mercy cohorts concentrate on leadership development for ministry leaders. Our crosscultural training helps develop leaders who are looking to understand the complexity of inner city realities, the nature of poverty, and give them practical help from seasoned mercy leaders.
