<strong>Bratislava</strong>, the capital of Slovakia, offers numerous<br />
sights <strong>to</strong> end the bike <strong>to</strong>ur: The four<strong>to</strong>wered<br />
castle, the landmark of the city, rebuilt<br />
after a fire in 1811, reigns on a rock 85 meters above<br />
the <strong>Danube</strong>. In the old <strong>to</strong>wn, baroque palaces<br />
line up, between which visi<strong>to</strong>rs will find several<br />
churches. The Slovak National Museum, the<br />
National Theater and the Jewish Museum are<br />
also part of many excellent sightseeing programs.<br />
If you want <strong>to</strong> say goodbye <strong>to</strong> the <strong>Danube</strong>, the<br />
versatile companion along the bike <strong>to</strong>ur, we recommend<br />
a walk along the river. In <strong>Bratislava</strong>, the<br />
<strong>Danube</strong> bank shows its many facets, <strong>from</strong> the<br />
sand beach <strong>to</strong> the party beach. Finally, visi<strong>to</strong>rs may<br />
celebrate the completion of the trip with a drink – In<br />
the restaurant a<strong>to</strong>p the pillar of the New Bridge.<br />
Due <strong>to</strong> its shape, the locals have given it the nickname<br />
