According to the travel agency insurance (RSV),
customer funds included within package tours
of the organizer Donau NÖ Tourism are, under
the following conditions, secured: The deposit
is made at the earliest eleven months before the
agreed end of the trip and is 20% of the travel
price. The final payment will be made at the
earliest 20 days before departure. Advances
in excess or prematurely paid payments or remaining
payments may not be required and are
not secured. Do not pay more than 20% of the
travel price as a down payment! Guarantor or
insurer is the Kremser Bank and Savings Bank
AG, 3500 Krems (bank guarantee no. 477.009).
The registration of all claims must, in case of
loss of claim, be made to the liquidator within
8 weeks of the occurrence of bankruptcy (Europäische
Reiseversicherung AG, Kratochwjlestrasse
4, A-1220 Vienna, Tel: 01/50 444 00,
Fax: 01 / 3199367-900).
