The YMCA of Greater Brandywine personal trainers are nationally
certified professionals who work to empower their clients.
Personal training provides assistance for everything from activities
of daily living to becoming fit and active. Whether you are just
getting started and need support, diagnosed with a health
concern, an athlete, or just looking to make your health a priority,
personal training at the Y is for you! One-hour sessions can be
purchased individually or grouped together in a package. Multiple
session discount available.
