Adult Ballet
Tuesday
Y member rate: $85

The Adult Ballet session is designed for adult students of all levels
of training, from former dancers to adults who are looking to start
their dance training for the very first time. The session will
concentrate on correct body alignment/placement, strength and
flexibility, and providing formal training in the foundations of
classical ballet. This class will focus on barre and center floor
work.
Ages: 18 and up

Ballet 1
Saturday
Y member rate: $38/month
Y non-member rate: $76/month
While working to achieve the strict technique of ballet, students
will also learn ballet terminology, movements, and the five
arm/feet positions. Students will start each class at the barre
doing exercises to achieve ballet technique. Then we will move
onto working on ballet combinations in the center and across the
floor. The class will also work on flexibility, as well as strength.
Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers required. A holiday
and spring recital will be held. Information on recitals and costume
fees will be emailed to parents.
