RESEARCH INTERESTS<br />

Richard’s <strong>research</strong> interests are in the areas <strong>of</strong> quality process improvement and<br />

performance measurement, particularly in conjunction with SME manufacturing companies.<br />

The development and application <strong>of</strong> six sigma approaches to service quality, particularly in a<br />

Lean Healthcare context, is also <strong>of</strong> interest.<br />
