Megan Pistorino, 36, of 77
Washington St., Seabrook, N.H.,
was arrested on Thursday at 4:08
p.m. at Macy’s at 210 Andover
St. and charged with shoplifting
by concealing merchandise.
Michael Barbuto, 51, of 14
Elm St. Apt. 6, was arrested on
Thursday at 6:56 p.m. following
a hit and run crash at Arboretum
and charged with operating a
motor vehicle under the influence
of alcohol and leaving the
scene of an accident with property
damage.
Summons
Hadi Abdel Dehbi, 52, of 141
Essex St., Saugus, was issued a
summons on Thursday at 7:10
p.m. at 15 Heath Road for violating
an abuse prevention order.
Mark McCarron, 52, of 30
Elmwood Circle, was arrested on
Sunday at 8:45 p.m. following
an accident at 46 Bartholomew
St. and charged with operating
under the influence of liquor,
marked lanes violation, and
negligent operation of a motor
vehicle.
John J. Butler, 33, of 65
Converse St., Wakefield, was
arrested on Monday at 12:39
a.m. and charged with operating
under the influence of liquor
for the third time, operating a
motor vehicle with a suspended
license. Vehicle towed by Four
Star Towing.

A hit and run crash was reported
on Thursday 5:32 p.m. at
the Down River Ice Cream Shop
at 86 Andover St. Officer reports
Danvers Police have stopped the
vehicle.
A minor motor vehicle crash
was reported on Thursday at
6:09 p.m. at Audi Peabody at
252 Andover St. Officer reports
paperwork exchange occurred
at McDonald’s Restaurant in
Danvers.
Officer was waved down by a
motorist who was involved in a

A report of suspicious activity

Trail at 537 Lowell St. A suspicious
male with no shirt and
no shoes was reported on the
bike path. Police reported the
person checked out; at 12:57
a.m. Saturday at Legal Seafoods
at 210L Andover St. A person
wearing all black was reportedly
attempting to gain access to the
building. Police reported the call
was unfounded.
A report of a disturbance at
3:47 a.m. Saturday at 5 Bragg
St. A caller reported someone
was yelling profanities in the
street and was trying to break
into his home. Police reported
two males were seen on camera
entering the house through a
window and stealing $80, which
was the result of kids always
hanging at the house.
A report of a drunk person on
Sunday at 3:04 p.m. at the East
End Veterans Memorial Park at
45 Walnut St. Man was taken to
the Lahey Medical Center.
A bicycle was reported stolen
on Sunday at 3:39 p.m. from
74 Franklin St. Officer will
document.
Theft
A report of a larceny at 7:30
p.m. Friday at Victoria’s Secret
at 210V Andover St.; at 8:06
a.m. Saturday at 68 Aborn St.
A purse with a phone, iPad and
approximately $1,000 was reported
taken.
