At the 61st Annual General Meeting the following
members were elected to serve on the Credit Committee:

Ms. Sheryll Brown – Member
Mr. Paul Coombs - Member
In keeping with Rule 43, subsection (a) the following
officers were elected from among the member’s to serve
as follows:
Mr. Everoy Mardener - Member
Mr. Clive Segree - Member
Loan Approvals
The Credit Committee met regularly throughout the year
under review to consider all loan applications that were
for $3M and above in keeping with the revised loan
approval limits established August 1, 2013. We ensured
that all loans submitted for our review and subsequent
approval were within the established lending policies and
guidelines approved by the Board of Directors.
Loan Disbursed to Members in 2017
In 2017 a total of 14, 256 loans were approved valued
at $1,806.25B. This represents an increase of $29.98M
when compared to 2016 when loans disbursed stood
at $1,776.27B.
A total of 72 loans amounting to $328.48M was reviewed
and approved by the Credit Committee during the period
January to December 2017.
The table below shows the comparison of loans
approved by the Credit Committee in 2017 versus 2016.
