Clive Segree
Mr. Segree currently serves as a Director on the JPS &
Partners Co-operative Credit Union Board. He is a Tax
Administrator and Operations Manager with over thirty
(30) years of progressive development in the Tax
Administration/Revenue Services.
Mr. Segree is currently employed to Tax Administration
Jamaica since 1986. He is a Senior Tax Audit and
Investigation Manager, currently Acting Assistant
General Manager, Collections, Compliance and Taxpayer
Accounts. He demonstrates a holistic leadership, and
people management skills that empowers and develop
staff to perform at their maximum potential and abilities
to produce results.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in General
Management; Bachelor of Science in Management
Studies and Accounts, and a Certificate in Accounting
Technician (AAT). He is also a graduate of the Mannings
School.
Clive sees it as paramount importance to fulfil his civic
obligations in his community. Over the years he has held
many positions in various organizations; President of the
Parent Teachers Association at the TAT Early Child Care
Centre in Gregory Park, St. Catherine, Vice Chairman,
Calvary Wesleyan Holiness Church Board, Greater
Portmore, St. Catherine. He is also a mentor at the
University of the West Indies, Mona and has served as
Chairman for CG Co-operative Credit Union Education,
Supervisory and Credit Committees.
He is a proud husband and father.
Devon Wright
Mr. Wright has been employed at the Jamaica Public
Service Company Limited for over 20 years. He currently
holds the position of Project Officer. He has held other
positions such as Budget Administrator, Financial
Accounting Assistant, and Business Analyst. He
previously served for over five (5) years as Chairman of
the JPS & Partners’ Supervisory Committee.
His qualifications include a Masters Degree in Logistics
and Suppliers Chain, BSc. Degree in Finance and
Accounting and certificates in Project Management and
Electrical Installation (Level III). He also holds a Lean
Process and Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate in Writing
Business Process.
Devon is a UCASE Union Delegate at the Jamaica Public
Service Company Limited. He is married with two sons.
SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE
Janet R. Morrison Plummer, FCCA, FCA
Ms. Morrison Plummer is employed to Tax
Administration Jamaica (TAJ) as an Audit Specialist. She
is currently assigned to the Production Support Office
on King Street, where she serves as the Subject Matter
Expert for Audit on TAJ’s integrated tax administration
system (known as Revenue Administration and
Information System - RAIS).
She is a Chartered Accountant who has spent all her
professional life in Accounting and Audit. She is also a
Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of
Jamaica (ICAJ) and the Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is a member of
Council of ICAJ and serves as Chair of the Institute’s
Public Sector Committee.
Ms. Plummer has experience with credit union affairs as
she served the then CG Cooperative Credit Union as a
member of the Supervisory Committee. She is a
Toastmaster and currently serves District 81B as
Assistant Division Director- Program Quality.
Corine McCalla
Ms. McCalla has been employed to the Jamaica Public
Service Company Ltd. for the last 21 years and has been
a member of the Credit Union since then. During her
tenure in the organization, she has worked in several
departments including technical Services, Workshop
and New Generation. She currently serves as the
Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer in the
Finance and Administration Division. She holds an
Associate and Bachelor’s degrees in Business
Administration.
Corine has been a member of the Supervisory
Committee for almost two years and has served as
Chairperson since the last AGM. She is the proud
mother of one daughter. She considers herself a task
oriented and a people person.
