Orlando Creepy Crawl 5K and Vampire Mile walk.<br />
Costumes are encouraged. Time: 5 p.m. Awards are<br />

the 5K is officially timed. There is also free food, candy<br />

Friends of the Poor 5K walk/run, including food and<br />

tickets. Time: 7 a.m. for start of race, followed by a<br />

Mission United<br />
The B Resort & Spa, 1905 Hotel Plaza Blvd., Lake<br />
Buena Vista, hosts Over the Edge for Mission United,<br />
during which participants rappel down 17 stories in a<br />
safe environment. No experience required. Participants<br />
must weigh between 110-300 pounds and be at least<br />
14 years old. Registration is open on a first-comefirst-served<br />
basis and limited to 76 participants, who<br />
each must raise a minimum of $1,000 to secure<br />
their spot. Proceeds benefit Heart of Florida United<br />
