“Do you still not see or underst<strong>and</strong> what I say<br />
to you?<br />
Are your hearts still hard? You have good eyes,<br />
yet you still don’t see, <strong>and</strong> you have good ears,<br />
yet you<br />
still don’t hear, neither do you remember.” (<strong>Mark</strong> 8:17–1)<br />
Consider a time in your life when you were required to<br />
have a lot of faith. Now imagine being asked to feed thous<strong>and</strong>s<br />
of people with nothing more than some bread <strong>and</strong> fish—twice!<br />
That’s what Jesus had in store for his disciples. He told them to<br />
feed the crowds with nothing more than a few loaves <strong>and</strong> fish.<br />
And they failed to trust that Jesus could help them do the<br />
impossible. Even after they had witnessed Jesus heal so many,<br />
save them from drowning by calming a storm, <strong>and</strong> release<br />
people from spiritual strongholds, they still had no faith.
