THE CIRCUMSTANCES
around the death of a 22-yearold
American woman in Sumner
are still unclear.
Emergency services were
called to a property on
died the day before.
Detective Senior Sergeant Greg
Cottam said yesterday inquiries
into the death, which remains
unexplained, were still ongoing.
He said police had spoken
to all the people living at the
address.
An autopsy was completed on
Tuesday.
A preliminary cause of death
has been identified and is
with the coroner, including a
toxicology report.
