Creative Drawing from Reference Images
KARL POULSON
ABILITY: ALL
Explore how reference photographs can be used to create a
painting or drawing of the impossible. Artists see complex
and surreal visions in their mind they would like to depict and
painting directly from the imagination isn't enough. Building
technique and developing observational skills, we will paint
and draw from bits and pieces of photographs to create an
original and otherworldly image.
Tuesdays, Apr 9–May 7 | 6–9PM
