high street, and here is
salon owner Chelsey to
tell you all about her new
venture...
“As I sit here trying to think of
a way to write about myself
I suddenly feel extremely
vein, I mean, who wants to
hear about me? However, I’ve
recently opened a business,
which I’m very
proud of so I
guess I have
to bite the
bullet and
share my
little story.
My name
is Chelsey
and I am the
owner of Blush
& Glow, a luxury
boutique-style beauty salon
located in Southwold.
I have been
in the beauty
industry for
eight years,
briefly taking
a break to become an
archaeologist… the obvious
natural progression from
beauty therapy, right? Despite
a great six months digging
up the past, more specifically,
Saxon and Roman artefacts
and farmsteads, I decided
to turn my attention back to
beauty. Though this time, the
business side of things.
A bit of travelling, veryalmost-breakdown-inducing
stress, and gallons of paint
later, Blush & Glow is
open for business! The
brand image just
came naturally whilst
designing the space;
fresh, elegant,
and clean whilst
remaining cosy and
utterly relaxing.
Our treatments and
product range reflect our
philosophy of embracing
natural beauty, not covering
it up. We use REN Skincare
for all of our blissful face and
body treatments (you should
google them if you don’t
know about them already),
and the award-winning brand
‘Jessica’ to keep fingers and
toes in tip-top shape.
Because I can’t wait for
everybody to come for some
well-deserved pampering in
our beautiful salon, simply
