a Restricted fire season, effective from<br />
midnight, Tuesday 29 January <strong>2019</strong> in the<br />
following area(s):<br />
• Those lands encompassed by the<br />
Christchurch City Council (including<br />
Banks Peninsula), Selwyn District Council;<br />
and<br />
• Those lands encompassed by the Hurunui<br />
and Waimakariri District Councils<br />
A permit is required to light a fire in open air in<br />
these areas.<br />
