A Mother’s Day Treat…<br />

INGREDIENTS<br />
• 2 measures of Norfolk Gin<br />
• 3 to 4 drops of Angostura<br />
bitters<br />
• A squeeze of lime juice<br />
• Elderflower tonic.<br />
METHOD - Add Norfolk Gin,<br />
lime juice and ice to your<br />
favourite glass - Stir well<br />
- Add elderflower tonic -<br />
Garnish with a slice of lime.<br />
