behavior ow<strong>in</strong>g to the new channels<br />

of retail spoil<strong>in</strong>g customers for<br />

choice. Brick and mortar retail are<br />

evolv<strong>in</strong>g and <strong>in</strong>novat<strong>in</strong>g to catch up<br />

with the consumer’s aspiration and<br />

cater to the modern customer.<br />

Consumers need an uplift<strong>in</strong>g sensory<br />

experience which revolves around<br />

brick and mortar retail. In the next<br />

few years we will see technology<br />

blend<strong>in</strong>g seamlessly between onl<strong>in</strong>e<br />

and offl<strong>in</strong>e stores. If you notice<br />

many successful onl<strong>in</strong>e brands are<br />

now adopt<strong>in</strong>g offl<strong>in</strong>e channels and<br />
