Die Glühzünder der Baureihe IPX18 sind konzipiert<br />
für den robusten Einsatz an Industrie-<br />
ofenanlagen. Der mechanische Aufbau<br />
ermöglicht die schnelle Austauschbarkeit der<br />
Glühwendel. Übliche Einsatzbereiche sind<br />
z.B. der Ausbrand von Sauerstoffnestern in<br />
Bandverzinkungsanlagen unter Schutzgasatmosphäre.<br />

Im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung unserer<br />
Produkte haben wir den IPX weiterentwickelt.<br />
So haben wir den herkömmlichen IPX mit<br />
einem Temperaturfühler in Form eines Thermoelementes<br />
kombiniert. Dadurch läßt sich<br />
die Funktion des IPX-T stetig überwachen.<br />
The glow coil system IPX18 is designed for<br />
operation at heat treating units. The mechanically<br />
construction guaranties a fast changeability<br />
of the glowcoil.<br />
Common applications are for example the<br />
burn out of oxygen nests in galvanization-line<br />
furnaces with protective gas atmosphere.<br />

As part of the development we have redeveloped<br />
the IPX. We have combined the traditional<br />
IPX with a temperature sensor in the form of<br />
a thermocouple. This can be the function of<br />
monitoring the IPX-T continuous.
