Von der Idee zur Baugruppe
Neue Produkte der Industrieelektronik entstehen
aus dem Bedarf unserer Kunden und den
Ideen unserer Ingenieure.
Natürlich braucht eine gewissenhafte Entwicklung
von Elektronikprodukten - gerade
im Umfeld von Gasanlagen - seine Zeit, aber
alle Spezialisten im Hause zu haben, verkürzt
diese auf das nötigste.
So entwicklen wir nach aktuellen Standards
und immer im Hinblick auf die Zulassung unserer
Produkte bei Institutionen wie der GAS-
TEC und einigen anderen.
Neue Generationen
Mit den Baureihen FDA 6000 und insbesondere
FDA onSite haben wir unsere bewährten
Produkte über die letzten Jahre fortwährend
weiter entwickelt.
Die Vorteile moderner Mikroelektronik nutzen
wir dabei an den Stellen, wo deren Einsatz
Sinn macht und die Zuverlässigkeit bereits
über Jahre erprobt ist.
Mit der erstmaligen Einführung eines Profi-
Bus-Modules in unsere Serie FDA onSite sind
unsere Geräte nun direkt auch aus langen Distanzen
zur SPS nutzbar.
Dauertests
Unsere Geräte durchlaufen vor Auslieferung
einen Dauertest bei dem sowohl die Lastbedingungen
als auch die Umgebungsbedingungen
über einen längeren Zeitraum simuliert
werden. Durch diesen aufwendigen Test
haben unsere Produkte eine aussergewöhnlich
geringe Rücklaufrate.
Instandsetzung
Sollte ein Produkt dennoch einmal einen Defekt
aufweisen, können wir das Gerät durch einen
unserer Elektronikspezialisten instandsetzen.
Ältere Produktreihen können auf Anfrage
auch für bestehende Anlagen nachproduziert
werden.

New products in the electronics industry arising
from the needs of our customers and the
ideas of our engineers.

we developed our proven products

The advantages of modern microelectronics,
we use it in the places where their use makes
sense, and the reliability has already been tested
for years.
With the initial introduction of a pro-bus module
in our series FDA onSite our devices are
now available directly and from long distances
to PLC.
Endurance
Our devices are simulated through a long time
before delivery in which both the load conditions
and the environmental conditions over
a longer period. Through this elaborate test
our products have an exceptionally low return
rate.
Repair
If a product appear to have a defect once, we
can repair the unit by one of our electronics
specialists. Older product series may - for existing
plants - to be reproduced on request.
