Die Geräte der Baureihe FD 2000 sind nach<br />
modernsten Gesichtspunkten entwickelte<br />
Flammen-überwachungseinrichtungen für<br />
Dauerbetrieb bei Ionisations-, bzw. intermittierendem<br />
Betrieb bei UV-Überwachung. Die<br />
Ionisatiosüberwachung funktioniert sowohl<br />
mit gemeinsamer, als auch mit getrennter<br />
Zünd- und Überwachungselektrode.<br />
Beim FD 2012 / FD 2022 ist ein Mischbetrieb<br />
Ionisation / UV zulässig. LED-Anzeigen visualisieren<br />
den Betriebszustand, über potentialfreie<br />
Wechsler kann die externe Beschaltung<br />
vorgenommen werden. An den Messbuchsen<br />
steht das Flammensignal zur qualitativen Beurteilung<br />
zur Verfügung.<br />

The flame detector system FD 2000 is designed<br />
for operation at continuous operating<br />
heat treating units. The universal use and also<br />
the easy integration in the main system are<br />
specific for this monitoring unit. It also complies<br />
with the requirement of the European<br />
Standard EN 298 and EN 230. Fail safe ionisation<br />
monitoring is working with common or separate<br />
spark and monitoring electrodes. UVmonitoring<br />
is working in intermitted mode.<br />
Mixing mode UV and ionisation is possible<br />
with FD2012 / 2022. Operation is visualized by<br />
2/3 LED’s. Signal contacts are given potential<br />
free, measuring points for the flame signal on<br />
the front plate.<br />
