a day of fulfilment. It
will be a day of the
demonstration of the power
of God upon your life. You
will experien-ce salvation.
Jesus came into this world
for the sole purpose of saving
sinners and today you
will be saved, because it
does not matter how far

you must have gone into sin and or how deep you must
have sank in it. He came to forgive sinners and you are
not an exception, because He will forgive you completely
and entirely.
Luke 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he
hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor;” the
gospel is the good news Jesus has brought to preach to
the poor who lack goodness. The content of that good
news is that God loves you and He has a divine plan for
your life. Do not give up because of the challenges life
throws at you and do not give in to sin. And do not let the
news headlines frighten you because God is still on the
throne and those of us who faithfully follow Him will
have a future in heaven that is better and brighter than
what the world affords.
The essence of the coming of the Messiah is to liberate us
from sin and to reconcile us back to our heavenly Father
who lives in heaven. The scriptures describe Him in John
1:29, as “...the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin
of the world.” He is able to take our sins away because of
His death at Calvary; and His blood sacrifice for our sin
was the only perfect offering of atonement sweet enough
to appeal and appease the mind of God from intended
judgment for past sins committed.
There is no other person like Jesus given among men
that can potentially liquidate, that is, settle the payment
of our sin debt, through His death on the cross. Acts 4:12
“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none
other name under heaven given among men, whereby
we must be saved.”
He is so unique that it takes only His special blood breed
once to write off the entire debt of our sin in the memory
bank of heaven, which if God had let the assignment to
be done by any other personality, it would have taken a
colossal for ever time frame in order for such a person to
attempt the mission impossible. This is because nobody
else could have paid for our sin because all the people in
the world are sinners themselves and debtors so they
cannot afford to pay for our debts.
Luke 4:18-19 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because
he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he
hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach
deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to
the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To
preach the acceptable year of the Lord.”
Jesus, in an outline above, has clearly stated the reasons
that brought Him to this world. But do you know why
you are here today? My question is borne from the fact
that many people go to church, but they do not seem to
understand the core value why they do what they do.
So, I am throwing this question to you: what is the purpose
of you attending church services? Others spend quality
time reading the Bible. What is your reason for reading
the Bible? Many others listen to the word of God being
preached by a minister of the gospel via the means of
electronics. But why do you listen to the word of God?
Some even have the penchant for calling the name of
Jesus. But why do you call the name of Jesus?
Throughout the world over, the poor in society seem not
to possess the basic resources meant for their daily upkeep.
Often times, they rely heavily on handouts, which originate
from liberal donors who funnel it through humanitarian
agencies before it could eventually become the
survival kit for the very poor.
The mission of the Saviour to preach the gospel to the
poor can be likened to the above illustration. Luke 4:18
“The Spirit of the Lord...hath anointed me to preach the
gospel to the poor...” Jesus has come to the world so that
He would award C of O’s to the poor who cannot afford a
mansion in heaven. John 14:2 “In my Father’s house are
many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you.
I go to prepare a place for you.”
Please pay attention. No matter how rich and highly
connected you may appear on earth, you will not be able
to muscle your way through to heaven with that material
wealth of yours nor that highly placed position you
possess. But the good news is that Jesus can buy the best
landed property for you in heaven. He can pay it on
your behalf. In fact, He has already completed the
payment regime for you.
For you to be able to move from this earthly city, where
you now leave, to the heavenly city of God, you will need
a means of transportation. The cash in your bank
accounts cannot be able to take you there nor can a manmade
automotive resource spacecraft land you in the
heaven of heavens. The only one that can translate and
transport you out of earth into heaven is Jesus Christ.
He has all the resources required to get you a visa and a
passport for heaven.
But you have to part with the inherent nature of sin
resident in you, if you must be accepted as a citizen of
heaven. This is because heaven is holy, and the angels of
God who reside in heaven are holy, and God is a holy God
who will not demand anything less than the basic
housekeeping rules in heaven. *To be concluded

Mystery, Babylon the Great (Revelation 17:5)
IN Revelation 17:1, this
Mystery, Babylon
the Great, is also known
as the great whore, sitting
upon many waters, and in
Verses 3-4, she is referred to
as a woman, having a golden
cup in her hand full of
abominations and filthiness
of her fornication. This
great whore, or this wo-man,
or Mystery, Babylon the
Great symbolizes a religious
organization, with a
large followership, all over
the world, because the many
waters she sits upon, are the
multitudes, peo-ples,
nations and tongues under
her control. (Revel-ation
17:15). The religious rites of
this religious organ-ization
are shrouded in mysteries,
that are idolat-rous. And in
Revelation 17:5, it is written:
“And upon her forehead was
a name written, Mystery,
Babylon The Great, The
Mother of Harlots and Abominations
of the Earth,”
showing that she has given
birth to other religious organizations
which are also
harlots. That is why this
organization is known as
Mother of harlots.
All the religious rites and
ceremonies of this Modern
Mystery Babylon, the Great
were inherited from Ancient
Babylon, which are now
being practiced by all the
religious institut-ions, to
which she has gi-ven birth.
The emblem of this modern
Mystery Baby-lon, is
Semiramis, bearing in her
Absolute credit for this
success must, of course, be
given to God. But He used
Biodun Kumuyi as the vessel
that bore the vis-ion. It was a
high calling which would have
instilled in others a false sense
of self-esteem and
achievement. Others would
have flaunt-ed the success as
a personal one.
The manifestation of the-se
elsewhere would have been
the ornate display of the
photograph of the wo-man
beside the pastor on
billboards. But Biodun, out of
deference to what the Bible
teaches about the place of
woman in church, operated
Abolaji, admonished the
youth to do self appraisal by
concentrating on that aspect
of their lives where they have
comparative advantage.
Oyitso, who doubles as Special
Assistant to the General
Overseer on Miss-ions of the
RCCG, parti-cularly noted
that the theme of the conference
could not have been more
appropriate considering the
current socio-economic situation
of the country and its
implication on the future of
young adults and youth who
appear to have been relegated
to the back-ground across
every facet of the society and
nation at large.
“The programme offers immense
opportunity for a new
vision and a fresh start to anyone
who has been hiding
from the sha-me of past failures,
relegat-ed to the background
and limited by their
immediate circumstances
and envir-onment”, he said.
He listed factors youth must
consider to emerge into greatness
to include connection
hands, Nimrod, her son.
(Genesis 10:8).
But in Revelation 18:4,
there is a warning from
heaven to all the people of
God, who desire to enter
Heaven, to come out of her
so that they will not part-ake
of her sins, and then receive
the judgment of her plagues
that will come upon her, as
a result of the wrath of God
upon the adherents of this
religious organization.
God also warned in Jeremiah
51:6-7: “Flee out of the
midst of Babylon, and deli-ver
everyman his soul: be not cut
off in her iniquity, for this is
the time of the Lord’s
vengeance and He will render
unto her a re-compense.” In
Revelation 17:4, it is written
that this woman was decked
with gold and precious stones
and pearls. This symboli-zes
the great wealth of this
religious organization.
This religious organiza-tion
is a spiritual harlot, having a
golden cup, full of
abominations and filthi-ness
of her spiritual fornication. In
Revelation 18:3, it is written
that all nations, even the holy
nation, have become drunken
of the wine of the wrath of her
forn-ication. That is why many
harlot churches are, in this
dispensation, rapidly springing
up, out of her.
As written in Revelation
18:3, the merchants of the
earth are waxed rich thr-ough
the abundance of her
delicacies, that are being
marketed during the un-godly
silently behind the
scenes. This style in no way
reduced her impact or
influence. It rather was
responsible for the giant
strides of her work, both in the
church, among the wo-men
and in the society. It couldn’t
have been other-wise.
Her modus operandi had
Divine approval! The overall
result is that the Christ-ian
Community within and
outside Nigeria has been
endowed with a publi-cation
whose objectives are nondenominational
even if it’s a
denomination that publishes
it! But it’s not only the church
that is gaining from Sister
Kumu-yi’s legacy. The whole
so-ciety benefits on account of
religious festivities observed
by this religious organization.
In Vanguard Newspaper of
April 21, 2019 was a caption:
Bloody Easter as gunmen kill
11 worshippers. About a year
ago, there was also a Bloody
cross-over night in Rivers State,
in which many wor-shippers
were killed by gunmen, as they
were com-ing out of the
church.
All these festivities and
ceremonies are not of God, but
they are doctrines of vanities
of Modern My-stery Babylon,
the Great, which were
inherited from Ancient
Babylon. It is true that the
resurrection of Jesus Christ is
the foundation of the Christian
faith, as written in I
Corinthians 15:13-14; 17-18:
this is why it is observed on the
first week, which is the Lord's
day, as written in Revelation
1:10 but the word “Easter”
pronounced as Ishtar is a
Chaldean word for the “queen
of heaven”.
All these ungodly festivi-ties
shall continue to be bloody,
because Satan, who is the
prince of this world, and his
blood-thirsty demons are
behind all these festivities.
Until believers in Christ agree
with the truth that preaches
the fact that when you train
or educate a woman and a
child, it’s the entire nation you
have empower-ed, given the
superior nu-merical strength
of women both in the church
and in the society
generally. Her work in
the Women Ministry of the
church was no less
phenomenal. She was reputed
to have des-igned, planned
and execut-ed enriching
programmes for women. For
this class of citizens who the
society and government had
negl-ected or marginalised,
the programmes offered hope
and a sense of worth and
belonging.

the youth to make a difference,

in life is a matter of choice.
“Choice is a gift, a gift you give
your-self. We all start life with
no choices but as we grow,
what we get out of life is the
result of the choices we made”,
he said.
While David-Ashiru, rep-resented
by Femi Sojebi harped
on emerging techn-ologies
and the need to sustain relevance
in the digital world,
Abolaji who is a co-founder of
Wilson’s Juice Company
urged the youth to embrace
entre-preneurship as white
collar jobs are becoming elusive.
Bankole-Olusina called the
youth’s attention to future of
work, saying they need to seize
emerging opportu-nities and
strive to adapt to new demands.
Explaining the essence of the
program, Chairman Planning
Committee, Pastor Osato
Noah said it was informed by
the desire to provide a platform
to inspire, galvanize and
mo-bilize the youth against
any form of hindrances and
limitations to their aspirations.
“As the maiden edition, it is
expected to be a platform that
will result to a parad-igm shift
for a new brand of political
and opinion leaders for the
nation and righteous mindset
in the church”, he added.
against all these ungodly,
pagan festivities, they will remain
under the anger of God,
because stubbornness to the
word of truth, is as the sin of
iniquity and idolatry. (I
Samuel 15:23).
It is also written in Revelation
18:2, that Babylon, the
Great is fallen and is now
become the habitation of
devils. That is why all the
doctrines of Mystery Baby-lon
are of the devils. And a few of
these doctrines shall be proved
to be unscriptural, as we
search the scri-pture of the
word of truth, which is the
Gospel of man's salvation as
written in Ephesian 1:13.
These doctrines, to mention
a few, are the doctrine of
Baptismal regeneration, the
doctrine of Purgatory and
prayers for the dead, the
doctrine of Extreme Unction,
doctrine of Confessionals to
priests, doctrine of
Deification or Canonization
of “dead saints,”
doctrine of Justification by
works, doctrine of Vanities,
which are the ungodly festivities
of Christmas, East-er,
Cross-Over night, New-Year,
Valentine celebration, etc.
