But most importantly, it is about being safe and promoting safety in the workplace. “Safety is paramount in this industry, safety pays the bills, so treat it with respect,” Morrow said. “It is not only about people paying us to keep them safe, but keeping our own guys safe as well." The new addition of a Hiab hire crane has made deliveries and picking up scaffolding more efficient. Morrow said upgrading the work vehicles lifts the positive professional look. The company is also looking into more hire equipment, such as scissor lifts. Current projects keeping them busy is the new Summerset retirement villages in Rototuna, Hamilton, and the Chatsfield subdivision in Te Awamutu. They have recently worked on a range of construction projects in Hamilton, Cambridge, and Te Awamutu.
