Thyme for Gin<br />
37.5ml Gin<br />
12.5ml limoncello<br />
12.5ml sugar syrup<br />
12.5ml lemon juice<br />
1 sprig of thyme<br />
Bottle of tonic water<br />
Muddle the thyme and<br />
the sugar syrup in your<br />
cocktail shaker then add<br />
all the ingredients except<br />
the tonic water. Shake<br />
over cubed ice and strain<br />
into a tall glass. Top<br />
off with your favourite<br />
tonic water and enjoy!<br />
Best served with a sprig<br />
of thyme and a lemon<br />
wedge, and enjoyed<br />
outside!<br />
