Im November 2019 wird das auf Life Sciences spezialisierte
Beratungsunternehmen ARCONDIS als neuen CEO Dennis Theis
begrüssen. Nach einer über 20-jährigen Karriere im Consulting
und in der Life Science wird er die Gesamtverantwortung der
ARCONDIS Group sowie die Geschäftsführung für den Schweizer
Hauptsitz übernehmen.
Unter der erfolgreichen Führung durch Erwin Küng, hat sich das
Beratungsunternehmen in den letzten zehn Jahren durch starkes
Wachstum insbesondere im deutschsprachigen Raum bei internationalen
und mittelständischen Kunden etabliert. Mittels konsequenter
Fokussierung auf die Life Sciences Branche konnte ARCONDIS
Umsatz und Headcount in den letzten zehn Jahren verdreifachen.

Erwin Küng ausdrücklich für seine enorme Leistung zur Entwicklung
der ARCONDIS Group in der Schweiz und in Deutschland.
Ab dem 1. November 2019 wird der 48­jährige Dennis Theis sowohl
als CEO der Unternehmensgruppe sowie der ARCONDIS AG, dem
Schweizer Hauptsitz, die Leitung übernehmen. Der diplomierte Wirtschaftsingenieur
und Master of Business Administration war von
2008 bis Sommer 2019 bei Accenture Schweiz tätig. Als Managing
Director des Unternehmensstandorts in Basel betreute er Pharmaunternehmen
bei Projekten in Digital Business Transformation,
in Implementierung globaler Systeme und bei Spezialthemen wie
Advanced Analytics und Artificial Intelligence.
ARCONDIS wird sich auch weiterhin mit strategischen, konzeptionellen
und Implementierungsprojekten zu Business Transformation,
Informations­, sowie IT­Management und Compliance befassen –
und dabei unter Berücksichtigung Life Science­spezifischer regulatorische
Aspekte dafür sorgen, dass die Digitale Transformation zu
messbaren Wettbewerbsvorteilen bei ihren Kunden führt.

will welcome Dennis Theis as its CEO in November 2019. After
working in the consulting and life sciences fields for over 20
years, he will assume total responsibility for the ARCONDIS
Group, in addition to being named CEO of the Swiss headquarters.
Under the successful leadership of Erwin Küng, the consultancy
firm has established itself among international customers and SMEs
in the German-speaking world with strong growth over the past ten
years. By placing its focus on the life sciences industry, ARCONDIS
has tripled its turnover and headcount in the past ten years. Founder
and President of the Supervisory Board of the ARCONDIS Group
Christian Baumgartner, who filled the position ad interim, would like
to thank Erwin Küng for his outstanding performance in developing
the ARCONDIS Group in Switzerland and Germany.
Starting November 1, 2019, 48-year-old Dennis Theis will assume the
role of CEO of the Group, as well as of ARCONDIS AG, the Swiss
headquarters. After completing degrees in engineering and business
administration, he worked for Accenture Switzerland from 2008 to
the summer of 2019. As Managing Director of the company’s Basel
location, he supported pharma companies in digital business transformation
projects, in implementing global systems, and in special
topics such as advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.
ARCONDIS will continue to focus on strategic, conceptual and implementation-based
projects in business transformation, information
and IT management as well as compliance with a spotlight on life
science-specific regulatory aspects, to ensure that digital transformation
brings about a competitive edge for customers.

ARCONDIS schliesst das 17. Geschäftsjahr erfolgreich mit einem
Gruppenumsatz von 24 Millionen Schweizer Franken ab. Das entspricht
einem Umsatzzuwachs von neun Prozent im Vergleich zum
Vorjahr.
Besonders erfolgreich war 2018 für die deutsche Gesellschaft, die
ARCONDIS GmbH mit Niederlassungen in Frankfurt und München.
Sie erzielte einen Umsatz von 5,2 Millionen Euro und verzeichnete
ein Wachstum von 42 Prozent.
Auch der ARCONDIS AG gelang zum wiederholten Mal ein gutes
Wachstum auf bereits hohem Niveau. Mit über hundert Mitarbeitenden
erzielte das Schweizer Mutterhaus 2018 einen Umsatz von 19,5
Millionen Schweizer Franken, was einem Zuwachs von vier Prozent
entspricht.
ARCONDIS has wrapped up its 17th fiscal year with a group revenue
of 24 million Swiss francs. This corresponds to an increase of 9% on
the previous year.
2018 was highly successful for the German ARCONDIS GmbH,
which has subsidiaries in Frankfurt and Munich. It generated a revenue
of 5.2 million Euros and recorded +42% growth.
The ARCONDIS AG also successfully achieved solid growth from an
already high level. With more than a hundred employees, the Swiss
parent company generated a revenue of 19.5 million Swiss Francs in
2018, which translates to a growth rate of 4%.
