Todd has 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, it all<br />
started when he began fitness training in 1998 to help control<br />
his acute asthma condition. “The idea was to improve my<br />
muscle tone to help with my breathing.”<br />

Getting fit can also boost your immune system which can<br />
reduce the risk of upper respiratory infections that can trigger an<br />
asthma attack.”<br />
Within a year of training his asthma had improved, and he was<br />
hooked on fitness to look and feel better! “Of course, there are other<br />
perks when getting yourself into shape” explains Todd. “Weight<br />
loss is often the number one reason people embark on a fitness<br />
program, along with improved mood and stress reduction.”<br />
It was in Rockland County, New York in the gym where Todd<br />
trained, when he was asked to show new members the best way to<br />
improve their workout. He willingly agreed and took on that role<br />
for a further 2 years.<br />
With a yearning for the warmer climate of Florida he decided to<br />
leave the cold winters of New York behind and follow his dream<br />
of becoming a fulltime Fitness Instructor, he took the “plunge” and<br />
has never looked back!<br />
“After arriving in Florida, I worked at LA Fitness for a year but I always<br />
felt I could achieve more. I decided it was time to fulfill my<br />
dream to train clients on my own.”<br />
He persevered and with hard work and commitment Todd has<br />
accomplished what he set out to do and has been doing it for the<br />
past twelve years in sunny South Florida!<br />
His aim is to make people aware of the benefits of having an experienced<br />
private personal trainer they can work ‘one on one’ with<br />
at their own pace, to improve their wellbeing. His ambition is to see<br />
them accomplish and reach their desired goal.<br />
With a busy work schedule, Todd has limited openings but urges<br />
you to contact him for availability. It will take commitment but he<br />
