Dark Chocolate<br />
Avo Mousse<br />
You will need<br />
240g avo flesh<br />
¼ cup melted dark choc<br />
(I used Lindt 70%)<br />
¼ cup cocoa powder<br />
¼ cup liquid sweetener<br />
(I used maple syrup)<br />
¼ teaspoon salt<br />
3 tablespoons milk of choice<br />
(I used full fat cow’s milk)<br />
1 teaspoon vanilla essence<br />
(or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract)<br />
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend<br />
till mixed well. It should be light and fluffy.<br />
Transfer to a glass and refrigerate. Serve with<br />
fresh berries.<br />
