Each month <strong>Community</strong> <strong>Spirit</strong> <strong>ezine</strong> is just going from strength-tostrength.<br />
In this issue our theme is on Valuing Friendship. With our<br />
friends we are given the opportunity to express the best version of<br />
our Self and that is why I feel truly grateful and honoured to have<br />
some very special people in my life whom I can call 'my friends'.<br />
Running a monthly magazine is stressful and very challenging! But it<br />
is always worth it as I meet such interesting and inspiring people.<br />
This month I interviewed Dr Ambika from FITBANKER about there<br />
forthcoming retreat in Valencia to do with Love & Relationships. The<br />
day after I did the interview, I woke up after processing all the<br />
information in my sleep and noticed a deep sense of inner peace.<br />
The interview inspired me to reconnect with my true authentic self,<br />
as that is the key to my continued happiness and good health. So I<br />
would recommend you read this very inspiring feature interview<br />
