Parent's Night Out: Jennersville YMCA – October Friday Y member rate: Free Parents finally get to see that new movie, sample a hot restaurant or just kick back for a quiet night at home. Meanwhile, the Y's well-trained and enthusiastic staff guides your children through fun activities which may include games, crafts and outside play. Parents Night Out is free for family members and is offered every Friday night from 6 - 9 pm. Space is limited. Register up to the week in advance to reserve your space. Maximum of 2 family registrations per month. Fridays this month: October 4, 11, 18 and 25. Personal training provides assistance for everything from activities of daily living to becoming fit and active. Whether you are just getting started and need support, diagnosed with a health concern, an athlete, or just looking to make your health a priority, personal training at the Y is for you! One-hour sessions can be purchased individually or grouped together in a package. Multiple session discount available.
