Personal training provides assistance for everything from<br />
activities of daily living to becoming fit and active. Whether you<br />
are just getting started and need support, diagnosed with a<br />
health concern, an athlete, or just looking to make your health a<br />
priority, personal training at the Y is for you! One-hour sessions<br />
can be purchased individually or grouped together in a package.<br />

Partners in training allows you to train with a friend, a family<br />
member, a teammate or a group of people. In a group no larger<br />
than 4 people, partners in training provides assistance for<br />
everything from activities of daily living to becoming fit and<br />
active. Whether you are just getting started and need support,<br />
are a group of athletes, or just looking to make your health a<br />
priority, partners in training at the Y can work for you! One-hour<br />
sessions can be purchased individually or grouped together in a<br />
package. Multiple session discount available.<br />
