Youth Stage 5: Stroke Development Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday Y member rate: $70 Y non-member rate: $105 Prerequisite: Completion of Stage 4. For school age children who can swim 25 yards unassisted and show endurance in the water with any stroke or combination of strokes. Students in stage 5 work on stroke technique and learn all major competitive strokes. The emphasis on water safety continues through treading water and sidestroke.
