Partners In Training - 30 Minute Sessions Y member rate: $24/session The YMCA of Greater Brandywine personal trainers are nationally certified professionals who work to empower their clients. Partners in training allows you to train with a friend, a family member, a teammate or a group of people. In a group no larger than 4 people, partners in training provides assistance for everything from activities of daily living to becoming fit and active. Whether you are just getting started and need support, are a group of athletes, or just looking to make your health a priority, partners in training at the Y can work for you! 30- minute sessions can be purchased individually or grouped together in a package. Multiple session discount available. Ages: 16 and up Small Group Training / Exercise, Health and Wellness Kettlebells Thursday Y member rate: $45/month Y non-member rate: $90/month Kettlebell class consists of whole-body movement exercises that deliver cardio, strength, and flexibility benefits in a short amount of time and can be beneficial for anyone no matter the level of fitness. A monthly payment plan is available. Cost shown reflects the annual rate and payments are charged monthly. New registrations are accepted anytime and there is no commitment so cancellation can be requested. Soccer Classes & Clinics / Sports Preschool Soccer - Early Fall 2019 8 Week Session Saturday Y member rate: $55 Y non-member rate: $95 With a focus on developing basic soccer skills, team work and sportsmanship, this recreational league is perfect for young children of every ability. Volunteer coaches, mindful of the participants' ages, instruct on soccer skills such as kicking and hands-free play. Games are limited to one per week and occur on a Saturday or Sunday. A shirt and end of season participation award is included with registration.
