TISE ANNOUNCES NEW
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
OF REGULATORY ARM
The International Stock Exchange (TISE) has
announced Adrienne Muir as a new Non-Executive
Director of its regulatory arm, The International
Stock Exchange Authority Limited (TISEA).
Adrienne was appointed to the Board of TISEA on
26 June and will combine this position with her role
as Chief Operating Officer of VoxSmart Limited,
a provider of mobile surveillance technology in
financial services.
Mark Tubby, Chairman of TISEA, said: 'I am
delighted to welcome Adrienne to the Board
of TISEA. She brings significant experience
in financial markets infrastructure, change
management and organisational development,
which will be hugely valuable in further
developing the company as an operator and
regulator of a leading international exchange.'
Adrienne said: 'I am delighted to be joining TISEA at
a time of successful development and growth for
the company and significant technological changes
in the wider markets. Exchanges have been a large
part of my career and I look forward to working
with my fellow Board members and our teams,

enhance the offering of TISE.'
OAK APPOINTS NEW MANAGING
DIRECTOR IN GUERNSEY
Paul Schreibke has been appointed Managing Director
of Oak Group’s private client and corpo-rate services
business in Guernsey subject to regulatory approval.
Previously Managing Director at Intertrust, he joins the
business with more than 30 years’ experience in the
taxation, trust and corporate sectors.
In his new role, Paul will provide input into the
company’s strategy as Oak continues to grow both
organically and by further acquisitions. He will be
involved in integrating new teams as the business
evolves and will specifically work with employees
in Guernsey to support their development.

and I’m excited to be joining the group at such a critical
phase of its development,' said Paul.
'The team at Oak put relationships first which enables
them to understand and anticipate client needs and they
continually exceed expectations by providing a high level

Megan Thoume and Emily Lord
ORCHARD EXPANDS
EXPERTISE IN DIGITAL
Orchard PR has promoted Megan Thoume to the new
role of Digital Content Executive and appointed Emily
Lord, an experienced influencer relations practitioner, to
the position of Senior Account Executive.
Emily has joined the PR agency from MAC Cosmetics,
part of the Esteé Lauder group. She brings experience
in event management and social media, particularly
working with influencers, and will work with the
Orchard senior team to develop and implement
creative campaigns.
A graduate of the Delamar Academy at Middlesex
University, Emily has returned to Guernsey after spending
six years in London. At MAC she project managed the
brand’s involvement at large scale events such as the
Laurence Olivier Awards, the British Independent Film
Awards and the Capital FM Summertime Ball and built
collaborative relationships with established social media
influencers.
Megan joined Orchard three years ago as an intern on
the Creative Industries Guernsey Placement Scheme
and soon became a permanent member of the team.
Megan regularly uses her skills in media production to
create innovative digital content including video and
has responsibility for supporting colleagues on a
range of clients in the finance, technology, retail
and charity sectors.
Megan is a graduate from the University of Winchester
where she received a first Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons
in Media Production. In 2018 she achieved the CIPR
Professional Certificate and became a member of the CIPR.
