TISE ANNOUNCES NEW<br />
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR<br />
OF REGULATORY ARM<br />
The International Stock Exchange (TISE) has<br />
announced Adrienne Muir as a new Non-Executive<br />
Director of its regulatory arm, The International<br />
Stock Exchange Authority Limited (TISEA).<br />
Adrienne was appointed to the Board of TISEA on<br />
26 June and will combine this position with her role<br />
as Chief Operating Officer of VoxSmart Limited,<br />
a provider of mobile surveillance technology in<br />
financial services.<br />
Mark Tubby, Chairman of TISEA, said: 'I am<br />
delighted to welcome Adrienne to the Board<br />
of TISEA. She brings significant experience<br />
in financial markets infrastructure, change<br />
management and organisational development,<br />
which will be hugely valuable in further<br />
developing the company as an operator and<br />
regulator of a leading international exchange.'<br />
Adrienne said: 'I am delighted to be joining TISEA at<br />
a time of successful development and growth for<br />
the company and significant technological changes<br />
in the wider markets. Exchanges have been a large<br />
part of my career and I look forward to working<br />
with my fellow Board members and our teams,<br />
our members and all our stakeholders to further<br />
enhance the offering of TISE.'<br />
OAK APPOINTS NEW MANAGING<br />
DIRECTOR IN GUERNSEY<br />
Paul Schreibke has been appointed Managing Director<br />
of Oak Group’s private client and corpo-rate services<br />
business in Guernsey subject to regulatory approval.<br />
Previously Managing Director at Intertrust, he joins the<br />
business with more than 30 years’ experience in the<br />
taxation, trust and corporate sectors.<br />
In his new role, Paul will provide input into the<br />
company’s strategy as Oak continues to grow both<br />
organically and by further acquisitions. He will be<br />
involved in integrating new teams as the business<br />
evolves and will specifically work with employees<br />
in Guernsey to support their development.<br />
'Oak is a locally-owned business with global ambitions<br />
and I’m excited to be joining the group at such a critical<br />
phase of its development,' said Paul.<br />

them to understand and anticipate client needs and they<br />

Megan Thoume and Emily Lord<br />
ORCHARD EXPANDS<br />
EXPERTISE IN DIGITAL<br />
Orchard PR has promoted Megan Thoume to the new<br />
role of Digital Content Executive and appointed Emily<br />
Lord, an experienced influencer relations practitioner, to<br />
the position of Senior Account Executive.<br />
Emily has joined the PR agency from MAC Cosmetics,<br />
part of the Esteé Lauder group. She brings experience<br />
in event management and social media, particularly<br />
working with influencers, and will work with the<br />
Orchard senior team to develop and implement<br />
creative campaigns.<br />
A graduate of the Delamar Academy at Middlesex<br />
University, Emily has returned to Guernsey after spending<br />
six years in London. At MAC she project managed the<br />
brand’s involvement at large scale events such as the<br />
Laurence Olivier Awards, the British Independent Film<br />
Awards and the Capital FM Summertime Ball and built<br />
collaborative relationships with established social media<br />
influencers.<br />
Megan joined Orchard three years ago as an intern on<br />
the Creative Industries Guernsey Placement Scheme<br />
and soon became a permanent member of the team.<br />
Megan regularly uses her skills in media production to<br />
create innovative digital content including video and<br />
has responsibility for supporting colleagues on a<br />
range of clients in the finance, technology, retail<br />
and charity sectors.<br />
Megan is a graduate from the University of Winchester<br />
where she received a first Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons<br />
in Media Production. In 2018 she achieved the CIPR<br />
Professional Certificate and became a member of the CIPR.<br />
