Evidence Based Support When You Need It The Most
Autism, a spectrum condition, affects people in different ways. Evidence based intervention from the earliest
age possible will provide an autistic child with the support he’ll need to live a more fulfilling life. The ultimate
aim should be to enable resocialization back into school and the community with sufficient skills. As the largest
ABA 1:1 (Applied Behavior Analysis) Center in the country, ABC (Autism Behavioral Center) has 40 individual
therapy rooms with learning environment that is conducive for teaching and learning, while maximising the
effectiveness of intervention. The ABA (applied behaviour analysis) therapy, which is the “gold standard” in
autism treatment, is the only research and evidence supported method of intervention, benefiting children with
speech delays, ADHD, ADD, behavioral challenges and social challenges. ABC adheres to international standards
of intervention, and is supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Board Certified Assistant
Behavior Analysts (BCaBA). Each child’s education is individualized according to the child’s IEP (Individualised
Education Plan) and ability, to help them improve in their milestones. With Case Supervisors with an average of
4 years of experience in the field, as well as therapists with over 500 hours a month of training, ABC is wellresourced
in its field to provide the kind of evidence based intervention and support to families of children with
the spectrum.
