Article XII.<br />
Amendments<br />
Section 1.<br />
Amendments<br />
with notice<br />
a) The Bylaws Committee shall<br />
receive proposed amendments at<br />
least six (6) months prior to the<br />
annual meeting.<br />
b) Amendments proposed by the<br />
Bylaws Committee shall be in the<br />
possession <strong>of</strong> the Secretary <strong>of</strong> this<br />
association at least two (2) months<br />
before the date <strong>of</strong> the annual<br />
meeting, or special meeting <strong>of</strong> the<br />
association, and shall be appended<br />
to the call for the meeting.<br />
c) These Bylaws may be amended<br />
with prior notice at any annual<br />
meeting or special meeting <strong>of</strong><br />
the TNA Membership Assembly<br />
by a two-thirds (2/3) vote <strong>of</strong> the<br />
members present and entitled to<br />
vote.<br />
