WHY MOVE THERE?

On top of being, as its name suggest,

a thrilling hub for motorsports, Motor

City is a coveted residential community

with an impressive roster of shops,

attractions and entertainment. Those

with an active lifestyle will feel right at

home here, with the landscaped parks

prefer to relax over a cup of coffee

with friends, there’s plenty of places to

do so here.

THE COMMUNITY

The spacious plots and green areas

draw families and professionals

alike who value the relaxed feel of

the neighbourhood, which is largely

pedestrianised. Green Community

Motor City comprises a number of

villas, while Uptown Motor City offers

townhouses, apartments and studios.

TRANSPORT

With easy access to Sheikh

Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and

Al Khail Road, you’ll reach Dubai

Marina in around 15-minutes by car

and Downtown Dubai in around 25

minutes. There are several bus routes

that connect the community to the

wider city.

SCHOOLS

GEMS Metropole School is situated

in Uptown Motor City, while Victory

Heights Primary School is a short

drive away. For tots, Emirates British

Nursery and Jebel Ali Village Nursery

are located within the community.

SHOPPING

The large Spinneys supermarket is

ideal for the weekly shop, while First

Avenue Mall has over 50 shops and

15 places to eat and drink, including

Bath & Body Works, Al-Futtaim ACE,

Chili’s, Burgerfuel and Starbucks.

Meet the neighbours

Anna Wallentén (@anna.wallenten) has lived in Motor City for 12 years

“My parents were two of the first residents to move into Motor City in 2007. Twelve years down

the line, and three apartments later, I can’t imagine living anywhere else. I love it here due to

the community atmosphere and the close proximity to pools and shops. I work from home as a

Peak Performance Expert, and I love welcoming my clients to this homely neighbourhood.”
