El entrenamiento en un gimnasio inicia a<br />

partir del potencial genético de la persona<br />

para lograr el nivel de rendimiento deseado.<br />

Es un proceso planificado que busca crear<br />

condiciones favorables para el progreso del<br />

individuo mediante el uso de los ejercicios<br />

corporales y la preparación mental. Se<br />

trabaja en las capacidades físicas, que según<br />

su función son: fuerza, resistencia, velocidad<br />

y flexibilidad. Además, se incorporan las<br />

Capacidades motrices complementarias:<br />

coordinación y equilibro.<br />

El entrenamiento físico consta de cuatro<br />

principios básicos los cuales son: Principio<br />

de la adaptación, Principio de la progresión,<br />

Principio de la continuidad y Principio de la<br />

alternancia. Éstos son de suma importancia<br />

para lograr una buena condición física y por<br />

ende un efectivo entrenamiento.<br />

Quizá para muchos es solo un pasatiempo o<br />

una vanidad. Quizá para otros es tan solo lujo<br />

o una cuestión de moda.<br />

Algunos critican el resultado de otros con<br />

estereotipos falsos sin saber el esfuerzo, la<br />

disciplina, las horas y horas invertidas por<br />

lograr un objetivo, una meta, un sueño donde<br />

sólo existe un resultado y donde sólo existe<br />

un rival, el cual es incansable, despiadado y<br />

sin sentimientos.<br />

Luchas día a día contra ese espejo, contra ti<br />

mismo.<br />

No te importan las horas y el dolor que<br />

persiste sin cesar.<br />

Solo estas tú contra ti mismo; ahí frente a<br />

frente mirándote, fijándote en cada detalle<br />

para mejorar. Mientras tu reflejo busca una<br />

excusa para hacerte caer en juegos turbios,<br />

trat<strong>and</strong>o de hacerte desistir de la lucha que<br />

te has propuesto y de ese objetivo que tanto<br />

haz soñado.<br />

Busc<strong>and</strong>o ese camino, tus pies te guían a un<br />

gran destino que abre nuevos mundos.<br />

Tu salud es lo más valioso que tienes, pero<br />

solo un pequeño desequilibrio puede causar<br />

impactos enormes con resultados hasta<br />

fatales y críticos. Qué no te importe el que<br />

dirán, lo que piensan, que no te importe esas<br />

palabras de críticas sin conocimiento, solo se<br />

tú mismo, enfoc<strong>and</strong>o a esa meta, a ese sueño<br />

que tanto has deseado y nunca te quedes ahí<br />

rezagado!<br />

Physical<br />

TRAINING<br />

To achieve the desired level of performance,<br />

training in a gym starts from the genetic<br />

potential of the person. It is a planned process<br />

that seeks to create favorable conditions for<br />

the progress of the individual through the use<br />

of body exercises <strong>and</strong> mental preparation.<br />

It works on physical capabilities, which,<br />

according to their function, are: strength,<br />

endurance, speed, <strong>and</strong> flexibility. Also,<br />

complementary motor skills are incorporated:<br />

coordination <strong>and</strong> balance.<br />

The physical training consists of four basic<br />

principles, which are: Principle of adaptation,<br />

Principle of progression, Principle of<br />

continuity, <strong>and</strong> Principle of alternation. These<br />

are of the utmost importance to achieve an<br />

excellent physical condition <strong>and</strong> therefore,<br />

practical training.<br />

Maybe for many, it is just a hobby or a vanity.<br />

Maybe for others, it’s just a luxury or a matter<br />

of fashion.<br />

Some criticize the outcome of others with<br />

false stereotypes, <strong>and</strong> not knowing about<br />

the effort, discipline, hours, <strong>and</strong> hours spent<br />

to achieve a goal. There is a dream where<br />

there is only one result, only one rival, which<br />

is tireless, ruthless, <strong>and</strong> without feelings.<br />

You fight every day against that mirror,<br />

against yourself.<br />

You don’t care about the hours <strong>and</strong> the pain<br />

that persists incessantly.<br />

You are only against yourself; there face to<br />

face looking at yourself, looking at every<br />

detail to improve. Your reflection looks for<br />

an excuse to make, trying to find a reason to<br />

give up the challenge you have set yourself<br />

<strong>and</strong> that goal that you have dreamed about<br />

so much.<br />

Looking for a path your feet guide you to a<br />

great destination that opens new worlds.<br />

Your health is the most valuable thing you<br />

have, but only a small imbalance can cause<br />

enormous impacts with even fatal <strong>and</strong> critical<br />

results. Don’t care about what they say <strong>and</strong><br />

what they think. Don’t mind the words of<br />

criticism without knowledge. Just be yourself,<br />

focusing on that goal, on your dream that you<br />

have wanted so much to become true <strong>and</strong><br />

never stay behind!<br />
