This year for nafe we are going to work on helping you do something you have been wanting to do but it's
out of your comfort zone. So start thinking on what that thing might be,
I was totally out of my comfort zone when I spoke for SUE TALK in December in Orange County at the
Hilton Hotel. I have spoken for years all over the country and to groups as large as 10,000 in the audience
and never once had to memorize a talk. For SUE TALK you could have no notes and no props, it was one
of the hardest things I ever had to do. I wanted to quit many times but I knew I was always pushing each of
you to do your best and never give up so I had to keep going and I am honored to say I mastered the talk
and now I think it is something each of you also should consider doing.
SUE TALK is done in Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County and in 2020 Inland Empire, contact Michele
Bergquest if you are interested in knowing more about it. Her number is 760-3785 and email is
michelle@connectedwomenofinfluence.com , they are the ones that do SUE TALK. Lauryn Hunter one of
our nafe sisters and former director of West Hollywood nafe also was on the stage doing a SUE TALK the
same time I did mine and she also said it was the hardest thing she did, and she too is a speaker and has
spoken all over. We both speak from our heart so memorizing and sequencing a talk was new to us. But we
both want to thank Michelle for selecting us and pushing us out of our comfort zones.
Below is a photo of the both of us on the stage after it was over and we both nailed it, and both were happy
we took on the task of doing this.
So come prepared to the January nafe
meetings to tell us what one thing you
always wanted to do and its totally out of
your comfort zone and we are going to
help you in 2020 accomplish that.
Also I am doing Vision Boards again this
year who wants to come and join me and
create your board for 2020 see flyer below.
RSVP as soon as possible, this is
something I do every year for members
that want to do a board. Looking forward
to an exciting year of 2020 to serve each
and everyone of you.
