with a new cosy indoor seating area with blankets<br />
provided in the west wing of South Hill Barn.<br />

crockery. Cotton’s is committed to reducing single use<br />
plastic and is a low environmental impact, even offering<br />
used coffee as a garden slug repellent – do ask the<br />
team if you would like to try this.<br />

LOUISE’S ZUMBA CLASSES<br />
Zumba® Gold is an exercise class that is specially designed for beginners of<br />
all ages, active older adults and those just starting on their fitness journey.<br />
Unlike a regular Zumba class, Zumba® Gold involves moving at a slower pace.<br />
You do not need to be able to dance but you do need a love of moving to<br />
music, even if it’s with 2 left feet! This exercise class helps with balance,<br />
flexibility, co-ordination, cognitive ability & most important of all…it’s fun!<br />
Zumba Gold classes in <strong>Seaford</strong>: 2pm on Tues & Thurs at Mercread Community Centre, Mercread Rd.<br />
Zumba Gold classes in Peacehaven: 10am & 11am on Weds at Catholic Church Hall, Horsham Ave.<br />
