Ingrediente:
20-25 g ovaz
50 ml lapte de cocos
1 capsuna mare
1/2 banana
Mod de preparare:
1. Fiebeti ovazul in apa timp de maxim 5
minute.
2. Scurgeti apa ramasa si adaugati peste ovaz
laptele de cocos.
3. Amestecati banana pisata in compozitie si
adaugati deasupra banana taiata si capsuna
maruntita.
