Ingrediente:
25-30 g ovaz
10 g pudra de cocos sau 1/2 lingura ulei de
cocos presat la rece
10 g fulgi de cocos
1/2 banana
Scortisoara
Mod de preparare:
1. Fierbeti ovazul in apa 5 minute.
2. Adaugati banana pisata, praful si cocos si
fulgii de cocos in amestec.
3. Adaugati deasupra scortisoara si serviti.
