30-40 g couscous

1 lingurita ulei de masline presat la rece

Fulgi de drojdie inactivi

Mod de preparare:

1. Taiati legumele in cubulete mici.

2. Adaugati legumele taiate intro tigaie cu

putina apa si lasati-le pana se inmoaie putin.

3. Adaugati deasupra legumelor uleiul de

masline.

4. Inchideti focul si adaugati deasupra

couscousul punand deasupra un capac.

5. Lasati couscousul 5 minute sa se umfle .

6. Serviti cu fulgi de drojdie inactivi.
