Day of the reunion
Tomorrow is the big celebration in the Kingdom.
The people will be in a good mood. Concert halls are
full and musicians are playing with pleasure. On streets
and in parks there’s dancing until the wee hours of the
morning. Theatres are packed, actors are giving it their
all and athletes are putting their superhuman skills on
display in crowded stadiums. On that special day of the
year, everyone is happy, no exceptions. It hasn’t always
been that way. The history of the Kingdom also holds
very different stories. About a dark past where no one was
happy and where sadness, fear, and gloom were the main
protagonists. It wasn’t even all that long ago. The Kingdom
had plunged into a deep crisis. Everything had gone wrong.
There were horrible natural disasters. But not only that.
On all fronts, things threatened to plunge into ruin and
every day a new, dark scenario added to the picture of a
catastrophic future.

Tomorrow is a commemoration and celebration of the
fact that things are different now. That’s a good thing!
It is the day of the reunion with the magician. Why this day
is so called is an inspiring story. For the first chapter, you
need to go way back in time, when happiness was still very
common. It’s the time when this magician was still
a natural guest at everyone’s table. He helped where
he could and taught people wise lessons about life, the
universe, and why things are the way they are. But then,
on a very ordinary day, everything suddenly changed.
It changed drastically. The magician is gone. Suddenly
he’s gone, like a thief in the night. No one can find him.
After a long search, they give up. Never heard from him
again. Only a farewell note is found announcing that one
day, in the distant future, he will return. Not that anyone
remembers that now, and certainly not in those frightened
days of great calamity.
Now, there’s something peculiar about this Kingdom. It
consists of two separate empires. It wasn’t always like this.

For a long time, it was a single empire, and a second part
was only added much later. But that’s not all. What makes
it even stranger is that most of it is invisible. You can’t see
it, and yet it exists. The many people who live there call
their part the magical spirit world. And its inhabitants are
particularly unique, always friendly and helpful. Their
realm is a good place to be. It’s all sweetness and light.
They’re never at each other’s throats and everyone here is
equal. Everyone is happy and content. The other part of
the empire, on the other hand, you can see with your own
eyes. It’s the visible part of the Kingdom. As I mentioned,
this part was added to the kingdom later for a very special
purpose. And what is that purpose? That’s what this story is
all about.

Magical thoughts
For the first chapter, we need to go way back in time to
arrive at the almighty magician who started it all.
His history goes so far back that no one can even imagine
it. To a time where even time does not yet exist. In fact,
there’s nothing yet. It’s one big void. Wherever you look,
all you see is nothing. All that exists is absolute silence.
And yet? If you listen very carefully, you can hear a light
breath in that silence. It is the breath of the great magician
that does exist in this silent reality. How is that possible?
That is a great mystery that no one has solved. What is
certain is that the magician is not human like you and I.
But what is he then? Try to imagine him as one massive,
all-encompassing thought.
With a deep sigh, the magician lets himself sink into his
own infinity. He’s been racking his magical brains all day
over that one burning question. But now he knows the
answer. This is not a new thought, but he notices that it

won’t let go of him. It’s not that he’s bored. He’s more than
happy with himself. Anything he wants, he can do with his
magical mind. All he has to do is think of something and
it appears. But it doesn’t satisfy him in the end. And then
that one thought overwhelms him.
Why shouldn’t I? Why not become even more powerful and do
what I do with even more love and even more energy?
Just like top athletes daydream about an Olympic gold
medal, so he loses himself in a daydream at this thought.
But, of course, it can’t stop at daydreaming. It doesn’t
just happen. You have to work hard to forge dreams into
reality. And our magician realizes that, too. You can only
become more powerful if you take action and start moving.
That’s how it works with energy. If you want more energy
to get stronger or be faster, you have to train and practice.
Otherwise, you won’t actually succeed.
The magician knows what to do. Get moving. Make plans.
Make schedules and seek help to make the golden plan a
success. He’s been working it all out. It’s no easy task, but
after some time, the plans are finished and he can start

executing them. ‘Operation Doubling Magical Mind Forces’
is about to begin.
And just like top athletes can’t realize their dreams on
their own, but have a whole team of advisors, trainers and
supervisors, so the magician also puts together a team of
advisors. They help him to take the initial preliminary
steps. First comes the creation of a large, invisible empire,
where all kinds of spiritual forces and peoples will find
their place. Because the magician can’t get this job done
in a single night, building this invisible realm takes some
time. But that doesn’t matter. He has the time. It can’t be
too hasty. You can’t reach the Olympic summit overnight.
Time is a prerequisite. You have to train and practice, every
day. It’s the only route and opportunity to tap into new
energy to make the golden dream come true. This is the
only way to become stronger and more powerful. Every
athlete knows that. It’s an absolute requirement in the
search for new energy. Winning gold means finding new
energy to become the strongest and the best.

The same principle applies to the magician. In his
desire to increase in magical power, he also knows he has
to look for that new energy that isn’t there yet. So the
magician has to get to work, too. But energy can’t just be
created and found. Energy works in a very specific way
and obeys energy laws that can’t be ignored. Everything
has to remain within the boundaries of those energy
laws. There is no other route. He soon discovers that he’s
not going to succeed within the boundaries of the spirit
realm. They’re useful helpers, who definitely make their
own contributions, but the laws of spiritual energy do not
offer the possibility of producing that new kind of energy.
That actually makes sense, as well. In that spirit world, just
about anything is possible. Think of something and there
it is. You hardly have to make any effort. But that has its
downsides, as well. If everything works on its own, you’re
never challenged. And you don’t have to do any extra
work. The magician soon realizes that it won’t work that
way. He won’t be able to find and produce new powers like
this. There has to be another plan.

There is only one solution available: ‘resistance’. This is
how the laws of energy work. The greater the resistance,
the more powerful the effect and the more ‘new’ energy
is released. Imagine a collision in space with meteorites
colliding at high speed. The energy released in this
collision is gigantic, resulting in a new reality. But how do
you do that as a magician? How do you create your own
resistance and opponents?
The magician discusses this issue with his most
important spiritual advisors, whom he has invited for
consultation. The magician briefly outlines the problem
and the solution he came up with. His most important
advisor takes the floor:
Am I to understand that you’re considering adding a second part
to the Kingdom?
The magician nods approvingly and invites him to
continue.
And that this reality will be built with a different kind of
energetic material?

A short magical nod confirms his words.
A kind of energy from which your magical spiritual energy has
been virtually removed. Did I get that right?
The advisor understood perfectly. In order to generate that
new energy and make his plans a success, a whole new
reality would have to be created. One that is made of
a different kind of energy than the pure magical spiritual
energy. And that is how it went. From that moment on, the
realm consisted of two parts: an invisible magical part and
a visible non-magical part, made of material energy instead
of spiritual energy.
Another advisor takes the floor.
I understand that resistance and that this is how the laws of
energy work. But who or what is going to do the work for you to
find and produce that new kind of energy? Who’s going to help
you?
The magician isn’t surprised by the question and has his
answer ready. He conjures up a picture of a new creature
on the big screen: man. They are going to do the most

important work for him. They are the helpers in the visible
realm in search of that new energy. The condition is, of
course, that this human being is made of both types of
energy: material and spiritual energy. This is how the laws
of energy work. If the new being does not also consist of
‘his’ energy, then he can’t enter into a relationship with
it. There must be some kind of recognition. That’s why he
makes sure his original magical energy is woven into the
human being himself. On the night of his disappearance,
he hides his magical energy unnoticed in the hearts of all
the inhabitants. The intention is clear. If people find this
magical energy, they’ll automatically become magical,
as well, and – that’s what the whole plan is aimed at -
producers of new spiritual energy that the magician is
ultimately interested in. The more of this new energy that’s
produced in the visible realm, the closer he can come to
making that new energy his own, and he can return to the
visible human realm.

Once the magician finishes explaining, a sea of hands
shoot into the air.
How will those helpers know what their role is? What will
motivate them to look for your magical energy in order to
become that producer?
They’re not unreasonable questions, of course, and the
magician gives a more in-depth explanation.
I’ve devised a mechanism that sets people in motion to look for
that. The key concept is ‘crisis’.
In a short monologue, the magician explains this
mechanism to his advisors. He explains that life in
this new material world will be very different from the
magical one. In the magical world of the mind, there is no
resistance. There, spiritual energy can flow freely, which
means everything there is easy peasy and everyone leads
a carefree, magical life. In this new visible ‘resistance
world’, life will be very different. It’s very hard work and
people will encounter many problems and setbacks that
they’ll have to solve. Things like diseases, great sorrow,
job and income loss, disasters, the loss of loved ones and a

thousand and one other setbacks. You could compare it to
a gym or an obstacle course in the woods. The equipment
and constructions aren’t just there for no reason. They’re
inviting you to get in shape and bring more new energy
into your system. That’s also how the magician’s ‘crisis
mechanism’ works: resistance as a starting point for the
search for magical energy.
Another advisor’s hand goes up, and he begins to speak
even before the magician has given him the floor.
So you create a visible reality that’s not always a good place
to live and where crises determine the rhythm of life. But it
is precisely these crises that serve a purpose. They encourage
the people to take action. And so you start the search for your
magical energy, and if they find it, then what you’re looking for
happens: then a new kind of spiritual energy is created. That’s
how it’s supposed to work, right?
The magician gives a nod of confirmation.
That’s exactly right! Compare my magical-spiritual evolution to
that of a flower. Take the poppy. It starts with a seed that, once

it’s in the right place, begins an entire evolutionary development
process with a fixed end goal: to become a flower. There’s a
complete pathway that’s forward in this evolutionary growth
from seed to flower. And each time, it’s determined by fixed laws
of energy. Outside of these laws, it simply will not happen.
The growth towards the ultimate goal, the budding of the flower,
is always the same, determined by the laws of energy. Everything
unfolds according to a fixed timetable of natural growth.
At this point, the magician stops for a moment to see if
everyone understands, then moves on.
It’s no different with my evolution. I can’t do magic, either,
and I have to obey the same laws of energy. But there’s one big
difference: in contrast to the poppy, not only material energy
laws apply, I also have to take into account the laws of my own
spiritual energy and how energy behaves in the spirit world.
But there’s no difference in the ultimate evolutionary goal. The
poppy works towards its ‘climax’: the moment when the flower
bud bursts open and becomes a poppy.

He stops again and asks everyone if they notice anything
about the picture of the poppy that he’s put up on the
screen. This time, there are no hands in the air, and the
magician continues.
The outer shape of the flower bud looks very different than
the flower it will eventually become. The visible reality of the
poppy has been radically transformed, and after opening, it
looks unrecognizable. Imagine what will happen when I arrive
at a similar point with my evolutionary plans. Then the visible
reality, just like the opening from bud to flower, will suddenly
become very different.
He again lets a brief silence fall to give his advisors
a moment to let it all sink into their own minds, then
continues.
But there’s a major difference. The poppy, in its evolutionary
growth, only has to deal with material energy laws. For my
own evolutionary development, I also have to take into account
the energy laws of the spirit. That makes it all a bit more
complicated. My ‘poppy moment’ is exactly that moment when
the laws of material and spiritual energy come together in such

a way that all energetic preconditions are fulfilled. But without
the help of the people in the visible realm, it will never happen.
The people are an indispensable link to my evolution and
growth. Do you understand?
Not all his advisors immediately nod ‘yes’. They each
weigh and reflect on the magician’s words. It sounds quite
logical. Everything develops, grows, and evolves. Nothing
to argue with there. So they do understand that even the
magician has to conform to the energy laws of both the
material and the spiritual in his evolutionary process.
One question is still unanswered, and it is the youngest
of the advisors who takes the floor.
Who or what is going to arrange this resistance? Or to stick with
your metaphor, who is the equipment or the obstacle course in
the woods in the material realm?
The magician explains to them that, in the visible realm,
after his departure, rulers will come to power who will
turn against him. They’ll take it a step further, wiping out

everything that reminds them of him and the spirit world.
Nothing more will be said about the magical spirit and his
spiritual energy. Not a word about his great evolutionary
plan and the people’s crucial role in those plans. This is
how it will go in the resistance drama of the visible realm,
as a necessary step in the evolutionary development of the
magician himself.

Resistance force
In the first days of the new visible empire, the resistance
wasn’t that bad. That’s because the magician didn’t
immediately close the door behind him. He didn’t hand
over his power to the opponents straight away. That took
some time. There are still some important things to be
arranged before his departure to make the endgame
a success. He knows that if he does close the door behind
him, his knowledge, wisdom and insights will be lost when
the new rulers start pulling the strings. With this in mind,
he takes the necessary precautions. He must not make
things too difficult for the future seekers. So he makes sure
that there will be texts describing all of his wisdom about
the mechanism, the meaning of life, and his evolutionary
plans.
He sees to it that two subjects in particular receive a lot
of attention. The operation of the crisis mechanism and
texts on how things will be in the visible realm, just before

his return. The magician himself sees to it that this ‘crisis
mechanism’ is described and explained in detail.
He himself calls it: the call to adventure or the mythological
hero’s journey. This knowledge is crucial. If things go wrong
at this point, everything will fall apart. If the inhabitants
of the material world don’t understand that crises are
not an ill-fated coincidence, but a call to find the way to
the hidden magical, spiritual source of energy, then the
consequences will be disastrous. So this mechanism is
written down in a thousand and one stories and spread
across every corner of the globe and culture of the
kingdom.
He himself has a slight preference for fairy tales, myths,
and legends. In countless fairy tales, the mechanism, the
workings, and the why are covered in detail. All the writers
use the same script to explain how the mechanism works.
The script always follows three steps. The first is the call
to adventure. In one of his favorite fairy tales, about
a princess by the name of Sleeping Beauty, the writer has

this first step begin with the moment when the princess,
Sleeping Beauty, pricks herself on a spinning wheel. Panic
ensues. Suddenly, time stands still in the palace. Everything
has changed like a bolt of lightning in a clear blue sky. The
carefree time that once was is now gone. The princess falls
into a deep sleep. With this image, the writer is referring
to the time when all of the magician’s wisdom is lost
and his opponents seize power in the visible realm. It is
the resistance theatre. It’s crisis time! Now ‘battle’ has to
be fought. This is the second step on the mythological
hero’s journey. It’s the time for reflection and the growing
awareness that everything has changed and there is no
turning back. Something new has to be found, a new
energy that will allow everyone to move forward again.
Answering the call to adventure and starting the search
to find that new energy. And if it is found - symbolized in
Sleeping Beauty by the kiss of the prince who wakes her
up again - then the third step unfolds, where, with the
discovery of the magical energy, ‘they live happily ever
after’.

The second subject that the magician keeps a close eye
on is the stories about the End Days just before his return.
These texts are necessary so that soon, as the critical
point in his evolution approaches, the inhabitants of the
visible realm will understand the signs of the times and
what is happening. He is impressed by the texts. Without
exception, he reads in all those stories that someday he will
return, and then a new, joyous time will come. But also
how dark and gloomy it will be, just before the reunion,
where everything threatens to break down and diseases,
wars, and famines dominate the daily news. And so, in
those first days of the visible realm, many of these stories
appear, intended for later. Much later.
Now that this work is done, we can move on to the next
phase of the plans. That is composed of the counterforce.
This resistance force, referred to in his plans as ‘the bright
minds force’, will set to work with great vigour after his
departure. They certainly won’t let any grass grow under
their feet. Everything that reminds one of the magician

ends up on the pyre or is put under lock and key. Entire
libraries full of books and writings are set ablaze, until
almost nothing reminds of him anymore. Anyone who
venerates the magician and remembers his greatest plans is
captured, enslaved, and placed under the authority of the
resistance force. An ‘upside-down’ world is created with
anti-magical insights and wisdom. The idea of an invisible
world disappears from everyone’s mind. The energy of the
spirit and the wisdom of how the laws of spiritual energy
work are banished, and the magician is declared dead.
The doctrine of evolution is limited to only the visible,
material realm and man becomes just a being without
magical energy.
This way, over the course of time, the bright minds get
the last word and amass absolute power for themselves.
They spread it around the world that the spirit and
spiritual energy do not exist; that everything is material.
They swear that there is no other realm but their material
realm. They will laugh about the mechanism of the call

to adventure. What madness! They know better. Crises,
sickness, suffering. It’s all tragic fate. Bad luck! But a call
to adventure to find the treasure of new energy? What a
laugh! And when someone tells them about the ancient
texts that prophesy the end of time and the return of the
magical powers of the spirit, the tears of laughter roll down
their cheeks at such childish ignorance.
It’s hard for his advisors to imagine such a future.
Again, hands shoot into the air.
So there’s no more dissent in those days?
Yes, replies the magician.
Of course there will still be plenty of my representatives around
then, but they won’t have an easy go of it. They will be mocked
and ridiculed by the bright minds and will be called conspiracy
theorists. They will be treated like lepers, punished and fined
when they talk about the magician and his magical powers.
The advisors are shocked and can hardly imagine that it
will really be like that.
It gets worse. Even in language, the magician continues, the

words ‘spirit’ and ‘mind power’ will not be heard in those times.
They will be taboo words. Alternative words such as gut, brain,
consciousness, subconscious, self-awareness and mental will be
added to the language.
At these words, silence falls again for a moment. One of
his closest advisors asks the question that is on everyone’s
lips:
But will there really be nothing more referring to you in those
times? No wisdom or faith at all? Will it really be that bad?
Is it even the intention to create a real religion of the material?
A religious doctrine that’s seen as holy and pious, but that goes
against everything that you are?
The magician nods his head ‘yes’ and says,
Yes, it’s going to be very dark. That’s how deep the sleep of the
ignorant will be.
Tell us a little more about that anti-magician-religion that’s
out there. What does their view of man and the world look like
then? Are they also completely detached from the spirit? the
advisor wants to know.

You could say that, yes, says the magician, resuming his
speech. The spirit, the spiritual world, and the fact that man
himself is magical and possesses spiritual powers will no longer
be spoken about in that religion. Man will become a ‘sinful’
being. From the pulpits it will be preached that man is inclined
to all evil. The text the read at deathbeds and funerals also says
quite a lot: ‘to dust thou shalt return’.
And how do they view the crisis mechanism and the spiritual
world? asks the advisor.
That’s anyone’s guess, the magician answers. Not a word
about the call to adventure. Diseases, suffering, and other
calamities that can happen to a person in his life, they call a
punishment from their god or just bad luck or fate. And not a
word about the spiritual world. And if anything is said at all, it
is miles away from how it really is. They will keep man away
from it and make him fear it. They’ll say that there is a hell and
go to war against all the mind-expanding tools that help people
gain limited access to my magical spirit world. Do you know
what they’re going to call these tools?

He doesn’t wait for a reply.
“Rubbish” and “sickening”.
Red blushes of disbelief appear on his advisors’ cheeks.
But, one of them asks, explain to me, how is it that the bright
minds will succeed and why they are so successful in their
mission of the material?
That, the magician says, is not a coincidence, it’s part of my
evolutionary plan. The great successes they’ll achieve aren’t
nothing, either. There is reason enough to be very proud of
what these experts have accomplished after his departure.
“Look, we don’t need a magician,” they’ll say. “We don’t need
magic powers. Look what we can do ourselves. See what our
reasoning, knowledge, technology, and intellectual abilities can
accomplish?”
Doubt is a foreign word to them. They know for sure that they’re
going to bring heaven on earth to humanity. No bright mind
doubts that they’re going to get rid of all disease and mankind
will become immortal. It’s what allows the bright minds to grow
into the new rulers, and in the whole kingdom, almost nothing
is said anymore about and from the magician.

Times of crisis
But then it happens! Just when the bright minds are at
the height of their power. The magician has sounded the
starting signal for the next step in his evolutionary growth.
On his drawings it says: ‘operation doubt’. Its purpose is to
organize events in the visible realm for which the bright
minds have no explanation, designed to question their
supposed omnipotence and invite inhabitants to begin the
adventure. The tension and excitement increases in the
invisible realm as the process of ‘waking up’ is initiated and
the great reunion draws near. The production of that new
energy is about to begin. The first calls to adventure must
now be sounded in order to start the production of new
energy, which the magician needs. It’s crisis time!
Additional influx of spiritual energy from the invisible
realm creates the first cracks in the bright minds’ bastion.
Without them really understanding it, the weather in
the visible realm turns dramatically. Nature is running

wild. Temperatures rise at an unprecedented rate. Ice caps
melt like snow in the sun. Sea levels rise and landslides
with devastating mudslides sow death and destruction.
Volcanoes erupt and entire forests are reduced to ashes.
Animal species are dying out, locust infestations are eating
away at crops, and hurricanes are raging across the world
at unprecedented speeds. But that’s not all that puts the
bright minds on the defensive, and for which they have
no adequate explanation. Despite promises that with their
omnipotence, they will cure all diseases in the world, they
don’t succeed. In fact, quite the opposite. New diseases
appear with no explanations, let alone a cure. Depression?
They don’t understand it. Causes of dementia? No clue!
The magician is pleased to see it all. Doubts about the
omnipotence of the bright minds are growing. The first
lights of resistance are lit. Many bright minds are called
to account. You were supposed to cure the world of disease, it
sounds louder. So where are the results? But no answers.
More and more helpers understand the call to adventure

and find the new energy, which they then add to the
material realm. The result is there, too. Gradually you
see that the material realm is changing. People are
changing, become more open about themselves. If you
listen carefully, you will hear the stories about ‘becoming
yourself’ and ‘exploring who you are’ and about the big
difference between ‘ego and your deepest self’.
So just before the ‘poppy moment’, clever headline
studies suddenly appear, which have discovered the crisis
mechanism. Not that they understand the essence, but still,
they’re the first buds of the new spring approaching.
What those studies do tell us is that when people
experience trauma, some of them come out stronger
because new energy and new powers have been found.
The magician sees that everything is going according to
plan. The great awakening has begun. The supply of new
spiritual energy to the material is now flowing steadily.
The reunion is not far away now. But the work is not yet
finished. Besides sowing doubt, proving the spiritual energy

is another aspect of the plan. He must now ensure that
the inhabitants themselves experience or recognize what
spiritual energy is. Manifestations of the spirit, he calls
it. So he brings together thousands at music festivals, in
concert halls, and music venues. For what is music other
than a manifestation of that invisible spiritual energy,
along with poems and literature? Every artist, poet, or
novelist creates their works from and with spiritual energy.
Creativity is not a material matter.
In addition to music, he uses sports to put his evidence
on display. Sports are pre-eminently manifestations of
the miraculous creative power of spiritual energy. What a
rapture, joy and happiness they produce. To leave no doubt
about it, he has these elite athletes tell ‘his’ story, including
the mechanism of crises, which, besides training and
a lot of practice, also leads to extra energy in sports and is
a requirement for reaching the peak of Olympus. A whole
host of athletes talk about the fact that adversity, crisis, and
resistance makes them stronger.

The magician also provides exciting, spectacular,
wonderful football matches where the power of the spirit
has free rein. Not one bright mind knows how to explain
it with his material analyses. To prove his point, he has
football reporters describing these miraculous matches
with language, words, and metaphors that refer indirectly
to the one who set it all in motion: the magical spirit and
its spiritual energy. So passionate reporters write about a
magical night of football and about the game of football that
it is not of this world and extraterrestrial. The magician even
goes so far as to let the protagonists on the field themselves
say where they get their power and energy from. So we
hear top footballers say: I do everything by intuition.
Or you hear them say that they do everything by feel.
And a badly injured top footballer lets his millions of fans
know: keeping our spirits up will make the body recover faster.
And if that’s not yet sufficient proof, let the magician
have those same football reporters write a modern version
of the old End-Time Stories. Sports reporters write about
those same magical football evenings as proof that the

crisis is behind us and a golden future lies ahead. An Englishlanguage

yet another reporter writes about the Apocalypse of an era.
It is with great satisfaction that the magician oversees the
whole thing. Many of his plans have been implemented.
Operation doubt is now in full swing. More and more
people are understanding the call to adventure and
seeing the evidence of the spiritual. The bright minds are
on the defensive. Now for one last intervention, an allencompassing
event, which will affects all the inhabitants
of the empire and invite everyone to respond to the call to
adventure, leading to the reunion with the magician.

Relief
It’s getting really exciting now. The excitement is also
increasing in the invisible spiritual world. It’s all about
nothing else lately. They watch with bated breath as the
magician lays his one last trump card on the table now,
that the critical point in his evolution is drawing near.
Even the magician still has some small headaches in
figuring out how to deal with it. The most important thing
is that this intervention immediately turns the spotlight
on the power struggle between the bright minds’ power
and the magician. It has to be visible at a glance to every
inhabitant of the material world that the epic battle
between spiritual and material powers is taking place
here. There’s no longer any doubt that these are the End
Times, which the ancient writings prophesied and which
he himself had written down. In those writings, that final
battle is described as the final battle between good and evil
or, as it is written in other books, the final battle between
children of light and children of darkness.

With this in mind, the magician knows that the event
he’s going to set in motion must meet a number of
requirements. He once wrote it down in his notes. He grabs
them and reads the following keywords.
1. Collective call to adventure: start production of new energy.
2. Demonstrate the powerlessness of the bright minds.
3. The bright minds’ approach leads to a deepening crisis, and
thus more production of new energy.
I’ve figured it out. That’s how I’m going to do it. He puts the
notes back.
And then it happens. Like a thief in the night, it strikes.
A mysterious virus arises, seemingly from “nothing”,
throughout the kingdom and claims many victims.
People get sick and many don’t survive. After the
first shock and disbelief, panic breaks out among the
inhabitants. What to do now? With hopeful glances and
longing eyes, they turn to the bright minds. Help us with
your almighty knowledge. Now they have to prove that they
are worthy of omnipotence and have clever solutions

for everything. There can be no failure now that they’ve
amassed this absolute power for themselves.
They come up with a drastic plan. A state of emergency
is declared. Inhabitants are no longer allowed to leave
their homes and are locked up. No one will be allowed
out without permission. There will be bans on travel
and gatherings. Schools and shops are closed. All human
contact will be forbidden under penalty of high fines.
Restaurants and cafes are closed and theatres are locked.
Concert halls and museums are closed. Football and
other sports are forbidden and high streets and squares
are closed. Groups of more than three people will not be
tolerated and offenses will be severely punished. Shaking
hands, kissing, and spontaneous hugging will incur high
fines.
But it doesn’t help. The virus can’t be tamed. The bright
minds are powerless. What they don’t realize is that their
slew of measures is setting in motion exactly what the
magician is after. The decision to lock everything up affects
the lives of just about every inhabitant in the Kingdom

and pushes many people into crisis mode. This drastic
approach plunges many into a deep crisis. People are close
to despair. All plans for the future are scrapped. Young,
creative entrepreneurs see their starting life’s work being
nipped in the bud. Artists, singers and musicians see their
passion go up in the smoke of social decay and fear for the
future. Predictions show that another avalanche of doom
will roll over the Kingdom. Intense economic recessions
are predicted. A pitch-black scenario emerges. The fear
and despair beats in many hearts and the unrest in the
kingdom increases.
That’s what the magician’s been waiting for. The
conditions for the collective call and the triggering of the
mechanism are met. First there is the tremendous terror
and shock. What’s happening to us? What’s going on?
What will happen now? Collective eyes are being rubbed to
see if this is all really happening to the Kingdom. Then the
first reflection comes and the eyes open. And what do they
see? Empty streets and squares. Dead quiet theatres and

venues and football stadiums with no fans. And what does
it tell them? That the soul has left and the life has been
snuffed out. Without realizing it, all the clever headlines
have made sure that everything that is of a spiritualenergetic
nature is forbidden.
As time passes and the inhabitants realize what’s
happening to them, the great process of awakening begins
and lessons are learned at a rapid pace. Lessons are learned,
reflection is undertaken, critical self-analysis and fears are
faced. The call to adventure is heard in more and more
living rooms and so the production engines for new energy
start up. The production process is now unstoppable and
is accelerated by wise lessons learned collectively, about
what matters and what the essence of life is. Many discover
that what really matters is not materially manufactured,
but comes from spiritual energy. Football games aren’t just
distractions, but worship of the spirit. Singing and dancing
are not just cheap entertainment, but balm for the soul.
Hugging and kissing each other is not an afterthought, but

a matter of life and death. Love is not a substance in the
brain, like the bright minds argue, but a spiritual-energetic
power of creation. And so the engine of magical energy
kicks into second gear.
Large groups of inhabitants wake up. The call for
adventure is answered en masse. Magical energy is found
in the hearts of thousands at once. And whoever finds also
produces. This is how the mechanism works. The result is
that more and more of this new spiritual energy is added
to the material energy, until the critical point is reached
and enough new spirit energy is produced to connect to
the pure spiritual energy of the magician and he can return
to the visible realm. At that critical point, all the laws of
material and spiritual energy are ‘folded’, as a result of a
very long evolutionary process, so that the magic flower
bud can bloom into a magical poppy. Thanks to his human
helpers. The only thing the magician now has to do is
wait until enough of the new spiritual energy has been
produced.

This is what the visible realm is working hard on.
It’s crisis everywhere. The mysterious virus does its job and
leaves many a bright mind with nothing to say. As more
and more people wake up, discontent and unrest increase.
And it becomes clear to many that the bright minds have
never been honest and have kept the inhabitants away
from their magical source of power. Critical questions are
asked and the bright minds are dogged by reproaches.
The longer the crisis lasts, the more people begin to
resist and won’t take it anymore. They go against the
prohibitions in the streets and demand explanations from
the bright minds and political and religious leaders.
Why didn’t you ever tell us about that other magical energy
source? Why are you so sure the magician doesn’t exist?
Why have all his helpers been thrown into jail and mocked?
Why have you lied to us about being nothing more than our
brains or being sinful? Why this enmity against all things
spiritual-energetic?
The chaos and misery in the Kingdom increases every day
and threatens to sink into a hopeless pool of misery.

No light can be seen at the end of any tunnel. The darkness
is almost complete.
The reunion is now very near. All the crisis signs of the
end times, which he had written down in the ancient
writings, are on the stage of reality. Now the magician has
one more thing to do before he can knock on the door of
the visible realm for the reunion. It is the last push in the
production process to unleash the necessary new energy.
Even more inhabitants of the realm need to wake up and
realize that this is a completely different film to the one the
bright minds are telling the inhabitants they’re watching.
So what do you do then? He guarantees that the script is
written in contemporary language, in which the whole
magical plan of evolution is revealed and ignorance is
denounced. Whoever reads it will move beyond ignorance
and become a co-producer of the new magical energy
on which all evolution has been focused from the very
beginning. Who can do this better than he who did
the same thing thousands of years ago as co-author of

countless end times stories? The magician sends one of
his court writers back to the visible Kingdom, with a clear
mission to write down the great magical plan behind
evolution in its simplicity and point out to the people that
the reunion is now very near.
Make it a mythological tale.
These are the last words the magician says before the writer
heads off. In the doorway, he calls after him:
I already have the title.
The court writer turns around and looks at him curiously.
Two words, which in essence indicate exactly what it’s all about:
opening yourself up to the magical power of the spirit.
So what’s the title going to be? Open Up.
In the darkest days of the Kingdom, Open Up appears,
spreading like an antivirus at lightning speed throughout
the Kingdom. Many people read it. Many eyes open and
many wake up from the material. A thousand and one
mythological hero’s journeys are booked. In as many
hearts the magical treasure is found. And whoever finds it,

produces it. Until the critical point is reached, and just like
the poppy, all of the energy conditions are such that he can
connect his pure magical energy to it. That is the moment
when everything in the visible reality changes. Just as the
unfolded poppy no longer resembles the bud it once was,
so it will be at that memorable moment of the reunion
with the magician.
And then all of a sudden the moment is here. A gigantic
flash of light, seemingly out of nowhere, that seems to lift
the whole kingdom and change everything in the blink
of an eye. The magician is back with more power and
energy than ever before. Tears of joy and relief flow freely.
It is done. Exactly as the ancient writings predicted: the
magician has won his Olympic gold medal and everyone in
the entire empire, visible and invisible, shares in the joy.
That is why this day is called the day of the reunion
and is an annual holiday, to honour the magician for
his wonderful work, but above all, to thank him for the

heaven and a new earth, where everyone will live happily
