I am happy to welcome the SIAL Interfood 2019.
On behalf of the Ministry of Trade, I would like to take this opportunity to convey my sincere gratitude to PT. Kristamedia
Pratama for its initiatives and outstanding efforts in organizing this expo.
Food is one factor or one of the elements that can touch and embrace the diversity that exists in the world, something
passed down through various kinds of knowledge held by many ethnic groups, the results of which can be enjoyed by
anyone without exception, while : culinary is an element that illustrates diversity in the world, something that makes us
realize how rich the world is in taste.
With the world keeps moving into the global era, food and culinary desires will at least continue to unite nations through
varied tastes, because food is symbolic of love when words are inadequate. In the future, it will become one of the
industries that could be relied on as al driver of economic growth.
Likewise, SIAL Interfood 2019, an international exhibition that presents products and food industries that support to
create the taste of the world, a place where the world can unite to enjoy delicacy, produce innovative business ideas,
build networking with friendships and enhance trade and investment cooperation.
