On behalf of Association of Culinary Professionals Indonesia
I would like to congratulate to PT Kristamedia Pratama who continuously does International Exhibition
in Jakarta, SIAL INTERFOOD 2019 (13-16 November 2019). It is such one of big Food and Beverage
exhibition in Jakarta, which a lot of people waiting for it. With more F&B business growing fast in Indonesia
and Jakarta, I believe this exhibition will take part to help the business grow.
The Exhibition will display a lot of kitchen equipment, food ingredients, Bakery product and ingredients,
Coffee, Wine & Spirits, HORECA equipment, and also Franchise business.
And, there will be 3rd LaCuisine Cooking Competition which endorsed by World Association of Chefs
Societies (WorldChefs) as national competition. Which last year we had 580 chefs participated the
competition from several areas in Indonesia also from other Asia countries. Our focus more on Indonesian
food and hopefully the Indonesian Chefs also can grow as fast as the industry.
It will be very important place and time for suppliers and consumers to meet each other and make
their business growing fast. Almost 700 companies are involved in and 22 countries participate on this
exhibition. These are big number of participants for the industry and hopefully can impact to F&B business
I would appreciate for all effort that PT Kristamedia put in this exhibition and also their team who work very
hard to plan and make this event happen. Not easy to run such a big event and I hope more people who
have F&B Business could take advantage on it.
As a Chef, I would like to see more new products and technology that can give us new idea, innovation
and updated food trend in the world.
We need to improve and also creative in development of menu during this period, since we had more
and more competitors in this industry. Once again, I would say thank you to PT Kristamedia who have
commitment for F&B Industry growth and wish a very big success to this event.
