DESCRIPTION
Strategic talent management is the association between a
company’s strategies, objectives and goals and its people
programming. This course will underscore the importance
of alignment and execution in hiring, training, managing
performance, compensating and retaining people in all roles
including employees and contractors. You will gain insight into
moving beyond traditional “Human Resources” and explore the
many ways to facilitate organizational success by linking your
people strategy to your organizational strategy.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
1. Understand and influence organizational
culture to address changing internal/external
patterns and trends (including the evolving “gig”
economy).
2. Learn to build engagement and commitment
among leaders and teams.
3. Examine performance management and total
rewards to reinforce culture and achieve
meaningful results.
Diane Zile is a passionate, experienced strategic partner working with
organizations to achieve “the promise of success earned.” Prior to founding
JERA Partnerships, Diane was Chief People Officer at OtterBox, an exponentially
growing and successful company, that has achieved Top Ten national recognition
by the Great Places to Work Institute.
Diane has led teams at Fortune 100 & 500 companies in developing innovative
strategies that engage leaders, teams and organizations to align around what is
important and get things done.
Diane received her Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University and speaks
nationally on the topics of business strategy, organizational culture and leadership.
