At the College of Business, we know that as a business leader, you need to be at the top of your game. You
need nimble business and leadership courses that teach practical knowledge on the most current business
topics. Our flexible Executive Education modules provide just-in-time skills and specialized learning for the
executive-level mind.
Intensive two-day sessions taught by highly accomplished instructors teach you the skills you need to succeed
in your role and beyond. Our instructors will give you tools and resources to solve a problem specific to your

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion at the conclusion of each course.
Susan Schell is the Director of Senior Leadership and Organizational
Development Programs of the College of Business at Colorado State
University. After a long career as a business executive, she is now
positioned to help the business world with training and development
programs that improve company performance, assist with retention of
employees and maintain a pool of trained personnel. Susan spent five
years as an instructor in the College of Business and eight years as
director of the Career Management Center. Prior to joining the College,
she spent 7 years as an investment banker at Citadel Advisory Group,
a boutique investment bank in Fort Collins, Colorado, and 18 years as a
principal and executive at Advanced Energy Industries, Inc.
