COURSE TITLE
Embracing the Power of the Female Leader:
Expanding Influence and Leading Change
DESCRIPTION
Inclusive organizations outperform those that are not, yet women
remain underrepresented in all levels of management. This
program will help all leaders navigate the business landscape,
develop and leverage female talents, and provide roles of
greater influence and contribution. After completing this course,
participants will gain an appreciation of behaviors and strategies
that enhance leadership in the workplace and positively impact
success and promotability for women.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
1. Clarify goals and cultivate a network of
champions who will help to achieve an inclusive
mission.
2. Learn strategies to successfully advocate for
women and/or yourself and gain visibility for
accomplishments.
3. Develop effective and productive
communication tactics in an array of contexts.
4. Assess your level of comfort with taking risks
and adopting a new framework for thinking
about uncertainty and failure.
Diane Zile is a passionate, experienced strategic partner working with
organizations to achieve “the promise of success earned.” Prior to founding
JERA Partnerships, Diane was Chief People Officer at OtterBox, an exponentially
growing and successful company, that has achieved Top Ten national recognition
by the Great Places to Work Institute.
Diane has led teams at Fortune 100 & 500 companies in developing innovative
strategies that engage leaders, teams and organizations to align around what is
important and get things done.
Diane received her Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University and speaks
nationally on the topics of business strategy, organizational culture and leadership.
